Holiday rentals with a patio in Water Island

We had such an amazing time at Monic’s place. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool was so stunning The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell Monic really puts love into hosting, she was so helpful and responsive, and made us feel totally at home. Also, the location was great! There were so many good restaurants within a 10–15 minute drive. We tried a few different spots for dinner and every one of them was amazing. We left feeling so relaxed and recharged. Already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful spot with unforgettable view

It was a great experience to stay in this apartment. The balcony is amazing and we did breakfast and some dinners there. Amazing location to walk to the beach and the near by restaurants. We stayed there for the IOR sailing event and it is a walking distance to the club. Laundry is outside the apartment with coins and super easy to use. The pool is great and the kids love to go after sailing. We will be back. Thank you!

Great stay overall! The location is excellent—close to the ferry to St. John and easy to get around. We rented a car, so it was convenient to explore the island (just be ready for St. Thomas’s steep hills if it’s your first time!). Kimberly was super responsive and gave great local tips. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Snorkeling gear was a fun bonus, though some pieces were broken. The beach umbrella was helpful but missing the bottom drill part, so not very stable. A few things to improve: no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, which is typically standard and was inconvenient for a short stay. Also, since there’s a Keurig, it would be nice if K-cups were included.

My stay was lovely! A very utilitarian home base to venture out from and explore the lovely island. Hosts were very responsive and kind!

I would highly recommend this condo. While it is extremely difficult to maintain properties in the Caribbean due to salt and humidity, Brett’s condo unit shows no signs of this. The view is wonderful whether you’re on the balcony, looking out from the bedroom or even from the shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! The air bnb was just as the host described, in a great location, and the host was super responsive every time we had a question, & also super friendly and helpful. We would definitely book with Selwyn again when coming back to Saint Thomas!

Our stay was very pleasant. The Airbnb matched the photos exactly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The only drawback was the nighttime noise from nearby air traffic and street activity, which was somewhat disruptive. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations.

This place is amazing, the views are to die for. It was clean and quiet. Neighbors quiet as well. Parking spot a little tight but I found that going past and turning around much easier to pull into. Beds were comfy and my husband could not stop talking about the beautiful shower and how much he loved the rain shower facet. Andy is super quick to respond to every message and help out with anything you ask. We will definitely come back to this wonderful paradise cottage. Thanks for a great vacation get away.

This was our second visit to St. John, and Villa Nesta was the perfect spot for us! If you’re looking for a perfectly appointed house, with breathtaking views, peace and quiet, a friendly and helpful host, and easily navigable roads to and from local beaches and restaurants, look no further. We especially loved the gorgeous back deck and the tranquility of the outdoor shower. We had one full day of rain this trip, which we took as an opportunity to stay in, relax, and simply appreciate the seascapes all around us. We will absolutely be back!

10 out of 10, not only was the place amazing, but K was the best host. She checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. K was super accommodating as well. The views were absolutely stunning! One of the best sunrises I’ve ever witness, and the cool thing was, you didn’t have to go anywhere to see it, you literally just walked out on the balcony and there it was. Place was extremely clean and well organized, pool in the back is perfect for a relax and chill kind of day. The location is on the north end of the island, you can walk to the local market, we would get groceries there. We went to Sib’s, bar/restaurant close by, one of the oldest restaurants on the island I believe. The food was great! If you want a super private, check out for a couple of days, to rest and relax, this is your place. Do not hesitate, go ahead and book it. Thanks again to K for being the best host and allowing Sami and I to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

This was my initial visit to St. Thomas, VI, and I am truly thankful that we chose this rental. After exploring much of the island, I believe this Air B&B is situated in a safer location compared to many others. It is within a gated community and offers stunning views that are accurately represented in the photos. In fact, it is even more impressive in reality! David proved to be an exceptional and accommodating host, providing us with assistance even after we left. The property was immaculate and matched the description, if not exceeding it. It also offered a sense of privacy.

I had a great trip staying at Cabrita by the Sea! I was provided with many recommendations and had any questions I had answered quickly! The Airbnb was easy and convenient near Red Hook where you can find many restaurants and the ferry to St John. While at St Thomas I would recommend going on a snorkeling trip. Our favorite beaches were Magens Bay and Trunk and Maho (St John)

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at St. John and choosing Ramona and Chris’s place was absolutely perfect. Chris met us when we got our rental car and led us to the Airbnb which was so kind and helpful. He gave us a ton of local recommendations and answered any questions we had throughout the week. The views are absolutely breathtaking and are hard to fully capture on their listing pictures! The AC worked wonderfully and the outdoor shower made things feel extra tropical! The place came with a few cat friends that we thoroughly enjoyed and the stairs were the perfect workout in the morning before the beach. We hope to come back to St. John in the near future and will most definitely be back here if it is just the two of us! Thanks for making our trip so memorable with a wonderful home for the week!!

This is a beautiful retreat - the views, the condo, all refreshing and relaxing. We booked at the last minute and thoroughly enjoyed the space. Highly recommend an SUV/Jeep and be mindful they drive on the left! Condo is located at the top of the resort where the parking lot is located a short walk up a hill, not near the condo. We drove down to condo to unload in the small circle and managed to turn around without incident. The condo is located down 3 short flights of stairs. The condo buildings and grounds look tired, railings are loose. Once inside condo, you will be mesmerized by how nice and comfortable it feels - bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you'll need - we shopped at both The Market at Tutu Mall and Moes in Red Hook for food - Moes is much nicer, everywhere is expensive! We drove down to the pool closest to the ocean, very clean. We did not go to restaurant. Coki Beach is within a walk but we found it extremely crowded and trash everywhere.

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliff Villas. I would definitely recommend a car if you’re staying here. We did not venture to the beach at Bolongo Bay, but did drive to many close beaches for snorkeling and nothing on the island is too far. The unit had everything we needed for the week, including toilet paper and a roll of paper towels which not all owners provide. The unit was clean and as expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Mike on our next trip to the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliff Villa. The views from the balcony were beautiful and very relaxing. The Villa was stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay including beach towels, coolers, chairs, tanning lotion, etc. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook onsite (although we did not). The villa was very clean, furniture and bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well to keep the villa nice and comfortable inside. This location was central to the Red Hook area as well as Charlotte Amalie. We would definitely stay here again. Since we did most of the touristy things this time, we would try to visit more of the places the locals frequent next time. In my opinion, the exterior of the property, including the landscaping, is in need of upgrades to enhance its overall appearance.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I as well as our 9 month old came to visit St. Thomas for the first time and this was the perfect place to be. Kristin had a pack and play ready for our baby to use along with additional sheets and blankets. It was super clean and had a lot of amenities such as abundant kitchen utensils/pots/pans, beach chairs, beach toys, parking for the car we rented, and of course, super close access to the beach. The view from the condo is amazing. We had rain unfortunately but the view was sill stunning. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and she sent us a list of recommendations nearby as well as the cruise ship schedule which allowed us to see which beaches may be crowded at those times. There are restaurants on site as well as a gift shop and coffee shop. All other attractions and cities are within a short drive from Sapphire Beach which was awesome. We got to go to Carnival nights… so much fun!!

Words can’t describe how pleased we were with our stay! The place is just gorgeous, the pictures are great but in person it is even better if that’s possible :)! The view is stunning! The attention to details in the home are just above and beyond! We felt right at home with how homey and cozy it was! Cinda is an amazing host, the attention to details from reservation to check out, always made sure all was perfect for our stay! You will not be disappointed with your stay at Cinda’s place! The location is great, perfect for all of our stops during our stay! We can’t wait to be back and stay once again in this beautiful home!

amazing location and condo! much more spacious than the photos show and fit me and my three friends perfectly. on site restaurants were amazing and very convenient. private beach was great, we spent a lot of time there! communication with brandon was very easy and we had a wonderful stay. Absolutely would stay again!
