Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waterboro

We loved this place! We were renting for our daughter’s college graduation, and even though it poured all weekend- we really enjoyed just hanging out at the house. Mostly I loved loved the king size bed and I’m going to ask where the owner got it - slept like a baby!

2025 marks our third year running staying at Elizabeth's lovely home in Maine for an annual fishing trip to Lake Arrowhead! I could not recommend staying here enough due to the privacy offered, comfortable sleeping arrangements available for several guests, homey living room for lounging, and excellent set-up for fishing, grilling, and building a campfire. Elizabeth's home is truly the perfect place to retreat for a relaxing and cozy getaway! It's clique to say but her house truly feels like home away from home for our group. Each of our stays has been incredible not only due to what the house offers but also due to Elizabeth's excellent communication leading up to our trips and during our stays. She is incredibly friendly and always highly responsive to texts and calls to answer any and all questions! We're already looking forward to next year!

We had such a great stay here! The house is in a beautiful location on a super cute lake and we were able to sit outside and go on the paddle boat. Amy was super responsive and helpful. The house was very comfortable and clean! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and close to Long Pond, which is a gorgeous spot. We love the deck and jacuzzi, the house is an ample size for our group. Eric was a gracious host and so communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend and we would not hesitate to book here again.

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

We arrived and saw either the hosts or prior renters had left a few key basic unopened items in the fridge to help ease us into our stay: items like half and half, some eggs and butter were present. The hosts had also made the effort to leave a small welcome and departing treat for me and the family that was a nice touch. The building was older but with that comes the charms of different features liked slightly raised floors at times and other anomalies. The rooms were freshly painted and we never saw any signs of pests inside.The location was close to the shore and walkable to the pier and attractions. The beach was extremely clean and though we only went at off hours (late night or sunrise) it was always relaxing. There is an active set of train tracks nearby so don't be alarmed, it's about a mile off I'd guess but you will hear them pass through.The roads were pretty quiet in the neighborhood and kids plays on the inactive street for hours. Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great spot for a family of 4 with a separate individual bed on the bottom floor which was perfect for our adult daughter. Was conveniently located, 10 minutes from Goose rock beach and 15 min from restaurants. Would stay again !!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean and felt fresh the moment we walked in. It had a very comfortable and homey vibe, which made it easy to settle in and relax. The host was incredibly proactive and thoughtful and always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering help whenever needed. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable, idyllic, comfortable, serene. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our Maine Minimoon! Some places have 5 stars and aren’t really legit — this is not one such place. Hillary’s place fully deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We look forward to staying again soon!!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Tony and Sonja were wonderful hosts! Very friendly and easy going. Our spot was perfect and had everything we needed! View was beautiful, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

A lovely place to stay in Portland’s East End. Great location in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. (I happily did not need a car during my visit.) The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a nice little patio too. And you’re just steps from the Eastern Promenade park, which is one of Portland’s best amenities imo and leads to a beach, waterfront trail, dock w/ kayak rentals, etc. Jennifer was a very kind host; thank you!

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

This is such a wonderful place to stay! it was so luxurious inside and was so well thought out. Alyssa had the cottage set up with all you could need, soaps, bug spray, sunscreen, and even portable chairs. we were passing through from kennebunkport and this was just the perfect secluded spot yet still right near all the good spots. we took a walk out on the beach and found some massive sea shells and had the best time as no one else was out! Not to mention this was one of the comfiest beds on our 7 stop roadtrip. Could have easily stayed here for a week straight and been just as happy!

My partner and I really enjoyed the location of this place, it has an awfully amazing walk out deck view of the lake too and there is a really sweet dock deck with plenty of seating on the actual water accessible. Location wise for laconia was perfectly reasonable as we came for bike week! I think about 10 miles. All that aside Christine is SUPER proactive on the instructions of how to get into the place and it was actually really simple. She was very informative of the do’s and don’ts and made it so nothing was really left to question. The response time if we did have any questions was probably the fastest i’ve ever received as well! Kudos and it’s a really cool spot right on some good water! I believe we will be returning here when we come back to the area! Amazing and for bike week, the price was incredibly right. Thank you so much! I highly recommend giving Christine the business and she will take care of your getaway needs with a certain courtesy that you just cant get anymore!

The view is spectacular!!!!I could not stop looking at the view,the condo flat was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect .Highly recommend .

You cannot beat the location with this rental. We love coming to Willard Beach with our pup, and when our old go-to BNB stopped renting we were so worried we wouldn’t find another. But this condo worked out so perfectly in terms of location (across the road from both Scratch Bakery and Willard Scoops, comfortable walk to the beach with several entrance options) and the actual comfort of the condo itself. The proximity to the beach was really a plus for us, as we didn’t have to get up as early to make the dog friendly beach hours! Host is responsive, and any household items (eg. soap, coffee filters) that were missing from the condo we could easily run down to get from Hannaford. The downsides: It is on a second floor walk up, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Hand railing is odd too. Bit pricey, couldn’t swing a full week this time around as the price shot up dramatically when I added Friday to the duration. But overall, really lovely!

We’ve stayed here 3x so far and will always come back. This place is such a unique stay with live music right below. You can open the balcony doors and see and hear the ocean. The home is always clean and feels very homey. We truly love it here and will always choose to stay at this airbnb.
