The owner lives in the house, occasionally on business trips, and would like to rent out my apartment. Supermarkets within a 2 min walk from the apartment: Aldi is in the Oxford Village shopping centre; IGA is located on Oxford St; Woolworths is slightly further away, located on Bourke St; About Life is a largely organic supermarket on Crown St.
