Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. You can hit the tourist culture and shopping hotspots while being able to retreat to your waterfront setting and sitting out on the deck at the end of the day.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
