Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Waterville Valley

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

Once again, we had a great stay here! The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is fantastic in a nice walkable quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Laconia. Christine and Anne were warm and welcoming. There were homemade cookies on the kitchen table when we arrived, and we brewed some coffee and ate the cookies on the lovely enclosed porch. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you, Christine and Anne!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Emily was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

Great spot! Clean. Bigger than you think. Easy to access just get off the highway!

Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

Staying at this home was a wonderful experience. The house was in pristine condition, with everything clean and organized. The view was breathtaking and the photos on AirBnb represented the home well. Brittany was responsive and helpful, on-top of being kind and understanding. The coffee station was a real plus! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would return if possible.

Loved our stay! It was in a beautiful location and had easy access to mountain activities and the recreation center. It was great for two families vacationing together - there was lots of space and seating and fun games for everyone. Would definitely go back!

Stayed there for two nights, the house was very easy to find nice amount of parking for multiple vehicles. When we got inside the house there was a nice basket of waters cookies and a bottle of wine. Very nice touch. The beds were all comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Overall a great host very easy to communicate with and always answered my messages. Great spot if you have a wedding to go to at the owls nest super close but far enough away to feel like you can relax. Would definitely stay again

We returned for a second visit, which really says it all! We love this place. The condo has everything we need and is very comfortable. Our kids love the bunk beds and we love sitting on the balcony and listening to the river bubble by. It's close to so many things in the White Mountains. Lincoln and North Woodstock are our hub for restaurants, and the wider area offers lots to do. We look forward to our next visit!

Great and peaceful area. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything is super close, we enjoyed the scenery.

Rick's place was exactly the kinda of peaceful getaway that we were looking for. There is so much to do in the area you can't do it all in one stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again. He was very understanding for the need of my wife's service dog and there were no issues all weekend! If you're looking for a nice stress free getaway and deal with a host who knows his stuff, is responsive, and understanding then all you need to book with Rick!

Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!
