We have a beautiful well planned spacious ground floor studio Flat.We converted our stables to provide a lovely living space with separate bathroom and kitchen, low ceilings giving cosy feel. This is situated in Farm surroundings with horses in the field. There are plenty of country walks and close to a number of beaches within the Gower. Beaches to name a few Mumbles, Rhossili LLangennith, Oxwich, Porteynon, Three Cliffs .We are situated on the welsh coastal path and the national cycle route.

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Cosy 2 bed house in a great location. The house is close to all amenities including the city centre, Swansea university, the Gower, Mumbles, Singleton hospital, the parks and more. The house is light, airy and modern. It has recently been updated and decorated with a new log burner added. It has a South facing garden which is a nice little sun trap. It is ideal for a staycation, a weekend break or a short term rental. A real home away from home.

Lovely and Spacious Home

The perfect place to stay if you are planning a hike, walk or explore the Gower and the beauty of South Wales. My house is a lovely and clean place with lots of room, and great location. The house is not ideal for small children, but perfect for teenagers. This is my current home, but it can be available with max two days notice. We have one bathroom with a bath, and an en-suite with a shower.
