Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself). With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.

This little unit is such a perfect spot for a night in the city. Being able to have the beds separate was great for my son and I. Marie has obviously thought about what people need in an Airbnb and has provided everything you could wish for in the space. Lovely modern bathroom with fluffy towels. Gorgeous, soft linen on the very comfortable bed. The parking was such a bonus and the location was ideal, being so close to the Bondi Junction train station.

We had a fabulous stay at Camilla’s Airbnb. We absolutely adored the location and we could always find a car park very close which is something we always struggle with in Sydney! We will definitely be booking again and again! The interiors and artwork are also gorgeous and make it feel like a 5 star hotel.

A lovely, cozy apartment that had everything I needed. Added extra of Netflix TV. Great value for money. I felt right at home. The apartment is walking distance to Bondi Beach, and all this environment offers. Great location! Margot is super friendly and helpful. She got back to me straight away with any inquiries. She let me have an early check-in and a later check-out. I highly recommend staying here.

James is as amazing and provided us with so much info as to how to get there from the airport and we’re so kind as we changed our reservation short notice to extend our stay. Love the flexibility and kindness they showed us. It was a cute place. Unfortunately pool area was under construction so going to the rooftop wasn’t something we were able to do but once when we got there before the workers just to see the view.
