Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A unique and romantic hideaway, Quarryman's Cottage is dinner on the roof terrace watching the sunset over Lyme Bay & Charmouth, stargazing from the luxury freestanding bath, epic views from the double shower, reading under the old oak tree, BBQ's & firepits, leisurely walks to The Anchor at Seatown via Golden Cap or the coastal path, the sound of birdsong, the glimpse of a deer, curling up in front of the wood burner in winter. It is a tranquil & heavenly escape from the bustle of daily life.

Little Knapp, Beautiful Studio Cottage West Dorset

A detached (dog friendly) studio cottage located in the beautiful West Dorset village of Thorncombe, about 9 miles from the seaside resort of Lyme Regis. It is decorated & furnished to an exceptional standard with many of those 'little extra's which make is stand out from crowd such as a Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and DAB radio along with a welcome pack of those essentials which are needed when you first arrive. Little Knapp has cosy underfloor heating and a luxurious shower room.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Gardener’s Cottage is a renovated period cottage and has been fitted to a high standard. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. The open plan living area has a modern integrated kitchen, armchair, sofa and dining table. It’s perfect as a quiet bolthole or a romantic retreat for two. You’ll love my place because of the views, the comfy bed, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Check out is at 10.00 am.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.
