JR’s place is centrally located to all the great places around Detroit, close to all the stadiums, close to Belle Isle Park, and not too far from Gross Point. The apartment has what you need and the room and bathroom have a lot of space and it’s very secure.

Couldn’t ask for a more ideal place to stay for a Wyandotte/Ecorse Detroit River fishing trip. Super convenient to be able to dock the boat in the back yard and not deal with the busy boat ramps every day. Will be my priority property to stay when fishing the Detroit River!

The view was amazing! Brandon was an amazing host! this place is a MUST to book with lost of to do near downtown.

Great location—very walkable and close to the Riverwalk and downtown sights. The place was clean and convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Detroit!

We loved our stay and have already decided that, if we return to Detroit, we will stay here again. It was perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, shower was amazing and the living/kitchen area was so cozy during our nights in.

Was the perfect fit for our long weekend fishing and seeing the city will be back.

Corey is an amazing person. He went above and beyond throughout my ENTIRE experience. His level of communication exceeded my expectations. Corey is a professional and a caring person. His rental description is exactly how it looks in the pictures and how it’s described. I would not rent any other place other than Corey’s place in Detroit.

We had a wonderful stay at this house，The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Joseph was incredibly kind and responsive—offering great local recommendations and making sure we were comfortable. a fantastic experience.

Dylan was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end. The home was exactly as expected, worked great for fishing on Lake Erie. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and boats with no concern about safety - ours or the boats/equipment. We're already planning to reserve for next year!

Izzy and Levi both were awesome! They helped me with my luggage (which was super heavy - thank you so much again!) and were very responsive. My area in the basement was lovely and smelled great. I loved their kitties too. Definitely recommend :)

Betty was a great host. She was very responsive and made my family feel at home in her house with welcome gifts and checked in regularly. The house is in a great location when great views of Belleville lake. Close to downtown. Belleville with ample parking.

Great place to stay. We came up for a funeral and it was nice to be so close to the family events. House was cool and had a great historical vibe. Plenty of space for additional family members to come and visit.

This was a great place to stay much better than the hotel we usually use.

I was a bit curious with the host meeting us to transfer keys however it is because of the security with the building. Host was extremely friendly and welcoming checking us in and giving recommendations. The condo was fantastic. Extremely convenient access to the people mover and very comfortable. One of my favorite Detroit stays so far!

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay with our family for the Island cup soccer tournament. Easily made it to and from soccer complex. Much more comfortable than a hotel room and plenty of space for us. Bonus that the boys were able to go fishing when they had time between games. you can see how much love and work they have put into this building. we absolutely appreciated the history of it and keeping that historic vibe while updating key features. Thanks for the superb hospitality!
