The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The house is on a quiet corner with plenty of on street parking. It's in the historic district, a couple of blocks from Lake Granbury. Take a short walk to the historic square with antique shops, boutiques, restaurants. The public beach, boardwalk and public park are also within a walk. Fossil Rim with lots of animals is just a short drive away in Glen Rose. The house is 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms upstairs and a master with 2 full beds downstairs).
