"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

Danville is an absolute treasure! It’s such a special place and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found the man cave and been able to stay there. There is so much storied history to this place that would take a lifetime to go through! There is a magic to this place and I hope we get to experience it again! My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. Although it was a short, 4 night trip, we felt right at home for the entirety of it! We were even welcomed with fresh lit candles to top it off. Throughout our stay the host had great communication and really outdid our expectations when he offered to start us a fire outside to enjoy the evening. The place was spotless and the bed was so so comfy! We look forward to staying here in the future!

Comfy stay, there were dishes and cookware supplied. Easy parking and access to the unit. The screened in porch is nice in the evenings. The furnishings were comfortable and we felt at home during our stay. The host was very nice and kept us well informed.
