Holiday rentals with a kayak in Weiss Lake

What a lovely lake cabin escape! Gilbert was communicative and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, and relaxing on the dock. The place has all the essentials and cute rustic charm. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was truly a peaceful place! Everything was as described and there were so many personalized touches that made this property unique - there was a welcome basket including items made in Georgia, smores kits/wood, detailed information on the property, recommendations in the area, and many ammenities (pantry/kitchen, bathroom, and laundry items that make for an easy stay)! We enjoyed watching our neighbors - their cows - grazing in the pasture every day! The scenery is so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again. Great place to relax and recharge!

The Little House On The Hill was perfect for our weekend vacation! Super close to Ruby Falls and Rock City! Very cozy home and had the perfect room for our kids, they loved the bunk beds! The front porch was perfect to sit on and have a cup of coffee in the mornings or my afternoon pick me up😊 We'll definitely be back the next time we come to Chattanooga!

We had stayed at this AirBnB in 2023 and had so much fun that we decided to come back. My friends and I wanted to take a weekend trip before everyone was graduated and off doing their own things and this stay was perfect for us! Although the weather wasn’t what we hoped for, we made the best of it and had a great time. We love this place and will most likely be back again, thank you!!

Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

Stayed for three nights with perfect weather and perfect accomodatiins . Spent many hours in the river, on the swing and in the game room. We absolutely love it there and hope to come back someday soon. Thank you

Many Airbnb‘s are listed as luxury but often miss the mark. This house has superseded that definition. Not only is it one of the most beautiful houses in which all of us have ever stayed, but it was also brilliantly appointed with that which you might need. The design of the house was incredible and so comfortable that we opted to eat in each night. Cooking in the kitchen was not only enjoyable, but we were left with nothing to be desired in terms of implements or appliances. We all hope to return for another stay.

We stayed at the Cottage for a wedding event nearby. We loved the coziness of the Cottage and the view of the woods with the beautiful fall leaves was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

This place was amazing. Very private, and clean. The location couldn’t have been better. We sat down at the docks for hours and just felt great. Very small town, but good restaurants, and the bigger cities are within 30 minutes. Jessica was a great host and we can’t wait to come back.

The cabin was perfect for our family Christmas getaway!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals. The location is secluded but still close enough to get to stores if you forget something and there is a lot of amazing hiking within a short drive of the cabin. Misti was an amazing host and super proactive in communications and everything was very clear. I would highly recommend! And they decorated for Christmas (even with a tree) so we felt right at home!

Depsite the unexpected rain and storms, the stay at Kevin's lovely home was peaceful and pleasant. The home is easy to find with GPS and is in a secluded neighborhood on Guntersville Lake. The description of the home was highly accurate and it was very welcoming and quiet. I would recommend anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay to try this one out.

I had an amazing time! I will definitely book again in the near future. The house and location was so peaceful to celebrate my birthday. I woke up and sat on the dock at the sunrise until the sunset, and it was beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! I also went fishing, which was on my bucket list lol. Had an amazing time! Bring some bug repellents lol… the mosquitos tore me up 😂😂😂

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

This was the best place to stay for my birthday! The lake was beautiful and very quiet. Everyone who stayed with us was obsessed with the house. It had everything we needed that we didn’t even need to leave! The host was very responsive and helpful. This has been one of my favorite stays and will definitely be back.

We LOVED our stay. Perfect location! You felt like you were worlds away but were actually close to everything. Easy to get to (a little bumpy on the dirt road leading to it), close to everything, and the best layout. The house had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back!

This cabin was a great find. We stayed here for the weekend and it didn’t disappoint. Private lot, play structure for kids and even some toys for them to play with. I will say that I do recommend taking a truck or suv. The road to the cabin is a little bumpy and unpaved but we had no trouble getting to the cabin. We would definitely stay again if we travel back to Ellijay!

We booked this lovely place for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint!! The cabin is beautiful, surroundings amazing and the sunset view from the deck breathtaking. We had 8 ladies and were very comfortable. We only left the property once to go hiking and that was only a few miles away. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace very cozy. The hot tub was warm and ready for us to climb in. Cathy was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a nice calm stay, the kayaking was certainly the main reason for booking this cabin and it was lovely with a trip on the lake. The place was nice and rustic inside, and jacuzzi was also good. The only complaint was the coffee pod machine wasn't working and constantly switched on and off

This place is awesome! It’s nestled into a hillside along a stream with views of the lake through the trees. It’s located on a dead end road and you have to cross the bridge to access the property. I like that because I was able to let my dog off leash and I didn’t have to worry about her getting distracted by other dogs or people walking by. It seemed very private, even though they were neighbors close by. I enjoyed having my morning coffee either sitting in the bench on the creek or on the deck . Afternoons were great hanging in the hammock or walking down to the waterfall, which is about a 10 minute walk. We were celebrating our anniversary during our stay and we had a nice relaxing week at the property! We would like to return again soon.😊

This was our 2nd stay and it was even better the 2nd time. Pool is amazing, lots to do in the basement. Our grandkids enjoyed the watch tower, the pool, and all of the fun things to do in the basement. Lots of variety for the different ages. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed grilling out. You never have to leave the house as it has everything you need. We chose to go into town for dinner at The Roof and it was great food with great view of the mountains. We look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful place for solitude and a serene quiet birthday. Amazing views, clean spacious accommodations. Little details matter and they covered them all including labeling the light switches! Loved it all!

My husband and I stayed for a quick getaway trip and had a great time! The cabin is exactly as described and had beautiful views! The property was easy to find and was clean and had the needed amenities, it was close to downtown Guntersville, and Donny was proactive and gave great check in/out directions. Can't wait to stay again for a longer time!
