House holiday rentals in Wellfleet

James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

Walt's place was the perfect spot for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The place was stocked with all the basic necessities and the outdoor area + pool was top notch. Walt was super accommodating and communicative. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay on the Cape!

We loved our stay at The Baumhaus!! The place was beautiful and allowed us to have an amazing weekend. One of our favorite things about staying here was that the home has everything you could possibly need readily available! We absolutely loved spending time on the deck and enjoying the view. Michael was a wonderful host - very responsive and friendly. He also consistently kept in contact to answer any questions we had and made an effort to make check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We would love to stay again!!

Bruce & Rina were incredible hosts. Super responsive and welcoming. If you’re not familiar with the bayside of the Cape, you can’t beat the sunsets and the warmer calmer water—and this private beach was amazing. We were swimming in October! House has everything you need and a great shared yard for lawn games. Great neighborhoods to walk the dog. Great place to vacation with other families with the 4 cottages on the property!

As you round the bend to approach Sylvia's property (heading out of the town center) you can see Marshlands, the name of the home, for the lovely oasis it is. It has all the attributes of Wellfleet's exquisite coastal charm: clean ocean air breezes across the marshland, soothing colors, greens, blues, grays, golds abound. You'll see lots of different bird species (the morning chorus is outstanding). It is a perfect location from which to enjoy the nearby Wellfleet kettle ponds, the bayside beaches and the National Seashore beaches. The house itself is comfortable and charming. Interesting art and artifacts are tastefully arranged throughout. Every accoutrement is provided to ensure a wonderful stay. There are two(!) outdoor showers with views of the marsh. A side yard that stretches away from the side porch is perfect for volleyball games. We had a wonderful family get together and kept pinching ourselves joyfully at how lucky we were to be at Sylvia and Frank's lovely home. Go!

We had a wonderful week in North Eastham! The house was super comfortable and clean. We loved the outdoor shower and the "hammock room" under the trees. A great location for both bay and ocean beaches - we got the annual pass for the National Seashore, which more than paid for itself over the week of going to Nauset Light and Marconi Beach. We're looking forward to going back!

This Airbnb is amazing whether looking for a place to hang with friends, as a couple or with a family. The beach was a short walk and the hole had all the beach supplies you’d want or need. Very convenient. I loved the shower to rinse off after the beach near the washer and dryer and the access to the sun room from the deck. It made frequent trips with kids easy. The home was beautiful and spotless. Great kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. The beds were comfy. The landscaping was beautiful and the home get private and in a nature escape but only 10-20 mins from restaurants and Wellfleet downtown. We loved it and would definitely stay again

Casey’s cottage was perfect - adorable, comfortable, super clean and tastefully decorated. I loved watching the sunrise from the upstairs bedroom and looking out at Town Cove from the living room bay window. Peaceful and quiet yet close to everything. Would love to return again!

Dawn was the perfect host! She went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready for our Thanksgiving visit and was super accommodating for our arrival and departure schedule. Plus, the house was exactly what we were looking for and close to all the things we wanted to do. Beds were super comfortable and the house was exactly as described. We would definitely recommend staying at Dawn's place.

Stayed here for two nights with an infant and a dog. Appreciates the dog friendliness. Great location, peaceful, near Provincetown. Recommend for two adults and a dog! Big deck outside as well. Easy parking and instructions provided by host. Good for a short term weekend getaway.

My husband and I will never forget our stay at the Little White House. It was a gorgeous location w/easy walk to the bay right out the door. Nick was a generous host and made us feel welcome. The house is a cozy historic home w/everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location and peacefulness were everything we could have dreamed of having. We hope to return soon.

Dereks home near the Pamet River was so incredibly lovely. The home has been restored with so much care and attention to detail, and the layout is so inviting for the most relaxing vacation. There was ample space for my family with young kids and my parents to all have a bit of privacy. We loved kayaking on the river and taking the suggested “float” with the current. The huge dining room table was the perfect spot for a couple lobster dinners, and the outdoor shower was so refreshing at the end of a long day at the nearby beaches. Thank you Derek, for a wonderful vacation! We hope to be back next summer!

A perfect secluded escape for a Cape Cod getaway. Even though the weather was rainy during our stay, we loved playing games on the screened in porch and fixing cocktails in the spacious galley kitchen. We also loved the fun marine art!

Diane is a lovely host who responds quickly to any questions. The home has a quaint sweet feel and is close to Wellfleet downtown and the nearest bay beach is a mile away. The ponds are a five-minute drive and the Oceans are about seven or eight minutes away. It was a peaceful and enjoyable week.

The cottage was even more cute in person than in the pictures. It was delightful to be able to walk to Great Hollow Beach during the day when beach stickers would be needed for parking, or to easily drive over in the evenings after regulated hours to catch sunsets and such. Easy access to Truro and Wellfleet (and presumably P-town, though we didn't end up going.). Romeo was very helpful and responsive. I do recommend arriving during daylight; I think it would have been tricky to find the place for the first time in the dark. There are a cluster of similar cottages nestled together, but we felt like there was enough privacy even when hanging out outside in the evening.

Very peaceful location and a short stroll to Lt Island. We enjoyed every minute.
