Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

My husband was having Heart surgery at Wakefield hospital and I needed accommodation close to the hospital. Bridget's Studio was perfect for me being able to come & go without haveing to interrupt anyone. We may need to go back to the hospital later in the year and know we would have a perfect place to stay.

An absolute gem of an Airbnb! Extremely professional service from Ohana and the space itself is fantastic. If you enjoy good food, this spot is literally 5mins away from several restaurants serving some of the best food I had eaten in NZ!! Great access to the coastline too if you enjoy walks.

This would have been a humble cottage in the original settlement of Aro Street. It appears to have been completely remodelled and extended, to create a space which is a delight to discover. The roof space has been opened up to include a mezzanine floor with enclosed bedroom, as well as a double height space over the lounge. A separate sleepout in the small back garden provides a further cozy sleeping space for two. The main bedroom is the most spacious, and is on the ground floor, so does not involve having to negotiate the spiral staircase to the mezzanine area. A compact kitchen is well furnished with appliances, crockery and utensils. The cottage is located a couple of minutes' walk from a small but comprehensive supermarket, and the shops and small businesses that Aro Street is known for.

We’ve stayed at a lot of wonderful places in our many travels around the world and this place is at the very top of the list! We have never stayed at any location more beautiful nor more secluded nor more welcoming. Champagne on arrival and continental breakfast and fixings in the fridge and in the cabinet. The house is incredible and the hospitality is outstanding. Would highly recommend getting a chef’s dinner as it was remarkable and delicious particularly when paired with Man of War wine. Definitely take the morning walk and take full advantage of the bathtub. We had a bath every single night as the stars appeared in the sky, and it was the most romantic and wonderful thing I think either one of us can remember. In addition to all of that wonderful playlists were available for music and such a beautifully appointed home with comfortable beds (Nothing else to say really other than we really hope to come back someday soon and experience the treasure once again!).
