Set on 2 hectares of beautiful gardens, with fruit trees, vineyards & surrounded by mountains. Sip a glass of chilled wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large balcony with one of the best views! Cool off in the dipping pool and relax in the tree shaded pool area or on those wet winter days curl up next to the indoor fireplace. Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). There is also a tuk tuk taxi available, please view enclosed information for contact. Please note there is a friendly young rescue dog that roams freely on the property. Pure Nature - Near Franschhoek

La Ferme is a stunningly beautiful farm - 100% nature, 100% solar, EV Charger, fishing, a crystal clean river - but only about 10 minutes outside of Franschhoek. La Ferme is lying next to a Nature Reserve and neighbouring beautiful wine farms (Lynx, Topiary). The Thatch Cottage is a romantic getaway with PRIVATE HOT TUB. It's beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, aircons and - of course - a braai. Fishing in our dams is free for our guests (rental of gear is extra).

La Vieille Cure

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The inside is characterised by a spacious open studio that retains the historical features with an added touch of modernity. The historical cottage is at walking distance from restaurants and from the wine tram station and many others amenities!!

Blueberry Hill Cottages - Lavender - Franschhoek

Lavender Cottage is a modern three bedroom self catering cottage with three bedrooms, main ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the large rim flow pool. The pool is situated on it's own large terrace and is shared with Olive cottage. We are ideal for guests who enjoy wine tours, the outdoors, hiking and biking plus horse riding.

Heidi's Child, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

La Chataigne Wine Farm - Marron Cottage

A 2 bedroom self-catering cottage nestled along the river on La Chataigne Wine Farm, just 7km's outside of Franschhoek Town. The cottage has an open plan living area with a cosy lounge, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a front and back patio with a braai/bbq overlooking the river. The Orchard Pool and Boules Court is for all cottage guests to enjoy. Free Wifi. BOTH BEDROOMS CAN EITHER BE SETUP AS 2 SINGLE BEDS OR 1 KING BED.

The Ouma Koeksie Cottage

The Koeksie cottage is located just below Die Boekklub and overlooks the majestic Drakenstein Mountains. Yellow like the light on the Free State farm where our Ouma Koeksie sweetened the days with butter biscuits and the summer storms brewed in a Royal Albert cup. She shares a wrap-around veranda and small private garden with the adjacent the Celia cottage. Each cottage is approximately 50 meters square in dimension and both have access to the gardens and swimming pool.

Kimi's Self Catering Guest Cottage

Kimi's Cottage is set in the true heart of the Cape Winelands as it's surrounded by world renowned wine farms such as Vrede en Lust, Rupert & Rothschild, Backsberg and Glen Carlou. The cottage is a less than 20km to both the must-see towns of Franschhoek and Stellenbosch and a short 30min drive to Cape Town Int. Airport. So all in all, it's the PERFECT combination of beauty, convenience, comfort and serenity; perfect for families, business folk and lone-wolf travellers.

'African adventure' in Wine Country

This stunning second storey apartment has great views and has a fully equipped kitchen for guests (gas stove, microwave and fridge). Laundry washing machine available at R35 per load - liquid provided. You can lounge around, or visit the three wine farms bordering us (between 5 and 10min walks) as well as a great beer breweries. We are situated on the main road to Franschhoek - 5 min drive to the center of town.
