Atelierwohnung in restauriertem Stall

Die Atelierwohnung befindet im denkmalgeschützten Rothen Stall, der über 180 Jahre alt ist und 2016 restauriert wurde. Der Blick auf die über 180-jährigen Dachbalken und die moderne, stilvolle Einrichtung schaffen eine einmalige Atmosphäre. Wohn-Ess-Bereich, Küchenzeile, elegantes Badezimmer sowie abtrennbarer Schlafbereich und Garderobe mit Einbauschränken bieten alles was eine praktische, gemütliche Wohnung benötigt. Die Galerie mit Arbeitsplatz und Zusatzbett ist das besondere Extra.

In winter you start right outside the door with the tour ski towards Margelchopf, in summer you can test your fitness on the mountain. The cozy arbor invites you to linger, and Buchs SG is only 5 minutes away - if you feel like a bit of a vibrant life. The historic town of Werdenberg and the castle are just a stone's throw away.

Holiday home | Heidiland | Swiss mountains

The 130 m2 guesthouse is located in a forest clearing in Heidiland, at the entrance to the Weisstannental valley at 1000 m above sea level, with a view of the Principality of Lichtenstein. It can be reached by car via the Zurich-Chur motorway, exit Mels/Sargans. 15 min. after the motorway you reach the guesthouse. Parking is available next to the guesthouse. It is built in the style of a loft. Underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure the guests' well-being.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

We are 3km from Appenzell, in a quiet landscape with great views of the Alpstein, you can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. Our dream house is located in the middle of the agricultural zone. The unobstructed view of the gentle, green hills fills us with happiness and gratitude every day. Watching the young deer playing is one of the most beautiful things for us. We live here in our little paradise... We are happy to share our idyll, because as the saying goes: A joy shared is a joy doubled! :-)
