Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

Sunny apartment with mountain/valley views in the Allgäu

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

In the vacation apartment in my wooden house 'Casa Linda' with a view of the Breitenberg, Kienberg and Falkenstein, you can leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries and get plenty of fresh air under my 400-year-old linden tree. A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
