Own Loft1 in the *centre* of Hamburg-1

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.

Lovely 1-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg

The apartment with a bright living room is super central near the Mundsburg underground station, opposite the Mundsburg Tower. It has been newly renovated, is furnished to a high standard and has a modern style. Directly on site are many cafes & restaurants, bars, shops and cinema It's barely a 15-minute walk to the Alster. Washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the basement. Check-in is uncomplicated. You get a code for the front door and the apartment.

Apartments A7 Hamburg single room 1

Apartments A7 are just off the A7 motorway (exit Heimfeld). In addition to the good transport connections (A7 and A1), there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance. This includes the fast food restaurants (Burger King & Mc Donnalds), as well as the Aldi and Lidl supermarket chains. A gas station with a 24 H service can be found as a direct neighbor of our apartments. The bus stop "Moorstieg" (141) is just 100 meters from our building.

Nest room at Ruby Lotti Hotel

Charming and compact, our Nest rooms are ideal for a short solo stay (unless you're keen to snuggle up). The 150-160cm-wide bed is extra-long and has luxurious oversize bedding. Just so you know, not all rooms have a wardrobe. Swing by the bar to catch an up-and-coming band, grab a drink with friends, or settle in for a sundowner on our spacious waterfront terrace. Light-flooded approx. 35 sqm apartment in the hotel operation consisting of a large living / dining and sleeping area with cozy double bed and separate bathroom (daylight bathroom) with shower and toilet. The apartment has underfloor heating and an equipped small kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine...). The great large window fronts are adjoined by their own large sun terrace with outdoor furniture.

Single room, basement

We rent - a small, cozy single room WITHOUT TV. There is a shared bathroom with double sink and shower. Furthermore, a single kitchen, hot air fryer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave + washing machine (for an extra charge) are available. The property is a 15-minute walk from Bückeburg Castle. At the end of Nov., the famous Christmas magic takes place in Bückeburg. Other annual highlights: MPs, land. The A2 motorway is only 3 km away.

Unsere Deluxe Vierbettzimmer im Strandhaus sind zwischen 15 und 20 m² groß und mit einem großen Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Smart-TV mit Kabelanschluss ausgestattet. Das bequeme Sofa kann zu einem Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden. Kostenloses Wifi ist im gesamten Strandhaus verfügbar, ebenso wie kostenloses Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Tee. Das Bad ist mit Dusche/WC und Haartrockner ausgestattet.
