Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

A 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks with a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in the immediate vicinity of Bremen. From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the recreational area Auetal. In summer, there are horses with their small foals right in front of the house, who are always happy about a petting unit. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The nearest bus stop is 2 min away, while Wulsdorf Train Station is 5 min away on foot. Bremerhaven city centre or dike is 10 minutes away by car. The state capital of Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
