On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house 1st May to end September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fruit and veg shop, bakers, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.

Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Grooms Cottage is beautifully located at the head of a picturesque valley, with stunning views over surrounding fields and woodland. The Cottage is light and bright with a vaulted ceiling in the living area and double bedroom. The Kitchen is well equipped. Enjoy the outside terrace with barbeque. There are footpaths from the door and a woodland walk. 25 minute stroll to Exford, a pretty village in the centre of Exmoor with 2 great pubs and a shop. Perfectly located to explore Exmoor

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Welcome to my cosy home in the delightful village of Bampton. Easily accessible from Tiverton Parkway station and Junction 27 of the M5, it is a great base from which to explore beautiful Exmoor National Park, Wimbleball Lake, and within easy reach of Exeter, Taunton and the north and south coasts of Devon. Bampton has great pubs, excellent restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. A great place for cyclists, walkers, guests visiting family or attending weddings.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.

Cosy self-contained cottage in North Devon village

The Nook is situated in the pretty village of Bishops Nympton, with its village shop, village hall and beautiful medieval church. The market town of South Molton is just over 2 miles away. Very conveniently situated to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches.
