Debdut is an awesome host and has gone above and beyond just being a host. The location is quaint and peaceful - and we were able to enjoy clear views of the Ganges right from our bedroom. He also maintains excellent staff to ensure a hassle-free and relaxed stay for his guests. Big thanks to him on doing a fabulous job with this accommodation!

Anindita's place is where I stay when I visit Kolkata from abroad and many reasons abound for staying here for last 7 years or so. Very responsive host, great caretaker, cozy place hidden from the noises of the main street, walkable to many and good food places. This trip was a bit longer due to wedding season, and we needed the ample space to get the girls ready. Visited here nearly a year ago and small changes were made which always adds to the ambiance of the place. Highly recommended

I've been to this condominium few times but this was the best apartment till now. Room is near and clean with good kitchen space and good washroom. AC, TV, Fridge, Microwave everyone works perfectly. The host was responsive and helpful. The place is very peaceful with good view. I would definitely recommend. Adding few bowls in kitchen could be helpful.

Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.

I had a lovely stay at Palash's place. My check-in was extremely last-minute, and the host was very accommodating and helped me out in the best way possible. The space was clean and well maintained. The locality is peaceful and a treat to walk about. Special thanks to the caretaker Laxmi ji. Palash was responsive, friendly, and gave me great suggestions on what to do and how to get around. Would definitely visit some time again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shantiniketan.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet well-connected, with plenty of good eateries and essentials nearby. The interiors had a warm, cozy vibe that made it feel like home, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fast Wi-Fi to a well-stocked kitchen. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the hospitality. It’s clear the host truly cares about their guests' experience. The property was too good. We went there for photoshoot sessions. Believe me, we stayed one full day. The host has given me the room at 11.30am only😍. Each and every thing was placed so nicely. Room was even more beautiful and better than showed in images😍. The 2 things, I loved most are the big LG tv with sexy sound and powerful Hitachi AC😌. The AC at 25 degree also feels like 18 degrees. There were good microwave oven, induction and geysers also. The sofa and background of Sofa helped us a lot in shooting portraits 😍😍. Another good thing is the room has smart lock. Also, the mattress was too good for couples😁. Great view from the big balcony🥹. Asutosh responded my each and every call. He took care of every single thing we needed. The washroom was too good and cleaned also. We are going to visit at Asutosh’s property regularly now.

This place is truly pristine. Host Ashok ji was extremely humble and helpful. There was no issue regarding the privacy. The terrace and the view was impressive. It was truly a great stay. Thank you so much

It was a great experience to stay there

This place is very close to RN Tagore and a few other major hospitals. Shankhdeep is very responsive and helpful. Though a bit old, kitchen has all utensils necessary for cooking. Ample space for parking a car on road. There is a grocery shop just below the house for minor day to day needs. This place is on 1st Floor and does not have lift so people who have any issue with climbing stairs might want to stay away. If that is not an issue, go for this place without hesitation especially those looking for a stay near RN Tahore, Aditya Shankar Netralay, peerless Hospital, etc.

One of the best stays in Kolkata so far. Mehul is a great host and very humble. The stay is amazing,clean and peaceful.

Troy was the host with the most!!! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable & welcome. From the time Troy picked us up from the airport to making transport arrangements to our next destination, we didn't feel like guests but like friends & family. We also met his family & some friends which really enriched our experience. We were even provided with delicious home cooked food just out of the goodness of their generous hearts. Nothing was too hard for Troy to help with. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

I have previously visited this community before, but this time git a chance to experience the hospitality of our gracious host Mishul. It was such an awesome experience for me and my friends. The host was very responsive to pay heed to our requirements whenever we reached out. His detailed guidance even helped us plan our itinerary. He took care of our basic needs like maid service and wifi access. We are all very keen on re-visiting “Bhalobasha” soon in the near future.
