House holiday rentals in West Chester Township

What a great stay! The hot tub was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at rental properties ... it was large and in great shape. It was also hot when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. The place is also very close to Kings Island (less than ten minutes). We also really liked that there were two separate areas for a fire (fire pit and a chimney stove). We did not use the extra gaming space shed, but it looked like it would be great for kids.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Would 100% recommend this house and will probably stay here again when visiting family! The hosts were great about reaching out before we arrived and even hand delivered a note to the house thanking us for staying and congratulating my brother and sister in law on their baby! House was perfect for what we needed, looked just like the photos and met and exceeded all of our expectations! Can’t wait to come back!

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

The lake house was perfect for our family. Beautiful views of the lake, herons. and geese that come to the lake. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed meals on the screened porch. Other family members rented the Stone House and it was a great weekend to swim, relax in the hot tubs, play cornhole and be together.

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

We rented Ben’s house for family that traveled to Cincinnati to celebrate our son’s wedding. The house was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean and I loved how bright and airy the home felt throughout. The pool was the favorite. Everyone enjoyed daily swims. I didn’t personally stay at the house as it was for family. But I did visit and found it to be a beautiful updated home.

Very spacious house that had everything we were looking for during our weekend getaway. Host was very responsive and informative. House was located on a pretty busy area but you could not tell from the inside.

We had a lovely stay. Kristan's place was cozy, yet spacious, and just what we were looking for. We loved that there were two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The modern thermostat was a bit tricky to use, but Kristan was very helpful and quick to answer my questions about it. Just a couple of notes: There is no toaster, but there is a microwave. Also, we have a big car, and we found that parking under the carport made it challenging to back out and down the driveway. After the first time, we just pulled up close to the carport, and that worked just fine. Overall, the house was great, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We stayed here for over a week and had a great stay. The house is big and spacious with lots of bright light. I loved that it had a backyard and heaters for the deck which were perfect for the cold mornings and evenings. It is close to a busy road and there are some trains in the distance but we weren't disturbed by them. Just note that the bedrooms don't have blackout curtains so it does get quite sunny early in the morning. Overall it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We really loved that it was close to the highway and made it easy to get where we needed to go.

Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay over University of Cincinnati graduation weekend. The house was extremely clean, was decorated with modern artistic decor, and had a nice yard even though we didn’t get to use it because of rain. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! The location suited us well to travel between campus and Hyde Park, and Montgomery. We would not hesitate to choose their home again.

Jeff’s home is exactly as described, at an extremely convenient location to get on the highway and nicely updated and clean. Despite proximity to the highway and a relatively high-traffic road, it is quiet and the air conditioning made it a nice, relaxing spot in between activities in nearby towns. Jeff was extremely proactive with communication, and equally responsive to our questions. We will stay here again!

Linda’s house was perfect! The beds were super comfortable. My son loved the play room and the back yard was super nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Marcy is a great host. She was super proactive and let us know what was amhappening with the house right away before we even left home. She kept us informed all along the way. House is just as described and worked very well for our family of six. Only issue we had is what kid got to sleep on what bunk bed. Great assortment of games and toys for the kiddos to engage at all of our age ranges. The entire family loved the place. Thanks Marcy for a great stay!!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and the split level living areas was perfect for a getting ready location and easily able to accommodate our large bridal party. The natural light in the space is a show stopper. Everything was perfect!

We had a fabulous stay at Matthew’s gorgeous place. The location couldn’t be better, so close to Eden Park, downtown, OTR, the riverfront, etc. And the neighborhood is charming, with a great coffee shop and bar and grill and lots of scenic views to find if you don’t mind hills and stairs! The kitchen was well equipped (the water filter pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch), the bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop deck was a lovely place to relax at night. Having a guaranteed parking spot was also a nice amenity. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and I hope we’ll have the chance to do so!

Our family has stayed at many airbnbs in the area and this is one of the best! It’s a beautiful, clean, organized home that is exactly as pictured. Scott was incredibly welcoming and accessible, although we had no issues at all. The teens loved the Xbox room, dart board and ping pong. The living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable but overall, it was a great stay and we would come back again.

My family and dog stayed at the Foxx Den during a weekend basketball tournament in the area. We loved the charming, well decorated farmhouse and quiet neighborhood. This home was well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and even pet supplies. There were even little cereals, coffee, and snacks provided for us - a much appreciated surprise! It was easy to park in the driveway and there was a nice, fenced patio and yard area. Check in was easy and Chris was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!
