Amazing apartment, it was in the perfect location for exploring and within walking distance to the town Very comfy beds and beautifully decorated

5 stars all round! The perfect place to escape for a few days, spotlessly clean and tidy with everything you need. The balcony seating is an added bonus and a lovely place to look out over peaceful surroundings. Self-contained and private but next to the friendly owners if you need anything. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay!

This studio was absolutely lovely, stylish clean and really comfortable, we were really impressed. It made for a very relaxing stay. Would definitely come back again!

Buen departamento, limpio ordenado, y bien equipado. Se escuchan un poco los autos de la calle, no mucho, está cerca del centro y hay restaurantes muy cerca. Regresaremos.

We had our other place cancel last minute and Kate was amazing and accepted our reservation on the spot. She was a wonderful communicator and the place was great.

We loved the location with a fantastic view to watch the beautiful south coast. The apartment had all we needed for a great weeks break, the beds were really comfy. the hosts communication was perfect and they assisted us with the one or two questions as soon as as asked. Would stay again and missing it today.

A great little place at the end of the main high street. Immaculately presented, with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The car parking space is a real bonus. Check in was easy, we were met at the property for a quick tour of the place. A lovely location for a few days away.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! I messaged prior to booking with some questions and Clare and Alex responded extremely fast, they even enquired with a taxi company as to whether they would do the journey to and from a wedding for us! Communication after booking was fab with really clear instructions. Upon arriving the place was really well presented, had everything we need. As an extra special (and much appreciated!) touch there was milk, coffee, tea, sugar and some chocolates! The bed was super comfy and the place had alot of storage for our clothes. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to everyone!

Very comfortable stay. Great location in Sandbanks, in a peaceful location in short walking distance to the restaurants, and access to the dog friendly beach is just across the road. The property was ideal for us, spacious, plenty of room in the lounge, kitchen areas and bedrooms, and very well equipped. Direct access to the garden was great as we had our dog with us, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Leyla was super responsive, gave us all the details and attention needed. Very grateful to her. We will definitely stay again.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back.
