Kid-friendly holiday rentals in West End, Vancouver

Mira was super responsive and very accommodating. Place was exactly as described with clear instructions. Made for an awesome stay in Vancouver. Would highly recommend and 100% would come back and stay again

I came for a workshop at UBC and found this place to be super convenient for getting to campus, as well as the proximity to shops and food along both 41st and Dunbar. It's on a quiet side street just a few minutes' walk to both shops and bus stops. While there's no getting around the darkness of a Vancouver basement suite (a housing typology that every visitor to Vancouver should experience at least once!), Ella does a great job of making this one feel warm and welcoming -- with good interior lighting, in-floor heating, and clean, contemporary appliances and finishings. The space was perfect for my needs, and I would be happy to come back!

The three of us loved staying at Sarah’s place and would happily return. It is a lovely juxtaposition to staying in the heart of downtown, which we did the week prior, yet close enough if you want to go to places in the city. Mount Pleasant is a very verdant, friendly, family oriented neighbourhood and it was a pleasure to walk the wide tree lined streets and admire the beautifully kept gardens. The place itself and the kitchen in particular was well provisioned, had all the pots and pans, utensils etc to cook meals when we wanted. They even had a champagne stopper ! Having the washer and dryer was a big help also. The hosts were friendly and warm, nothing seemed too much trouble. We even dropped our bags early and they were kept in the main house then moved to the Airbnb for our return a couple of hours later. Highly recommend !

Such a great place to stay when visiting Vancouver. The neighbourhood is so beautiful and it's a lovely walk to kits/ Jericho beach. The house was immaculate and can't recommend more!

This location is very nice, it's near the southern point of the downtown which is easy walking distance to Davie Street which has a lot of stuff to do. The house is a large unit that's been subdivided and renovated to be very modern inside. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, pots, pans and utensils and each bathroom was roomy and felt well maintained! There is a washer/dryer in-unit which was very convenient! There is some construction nearby, but the noise is minimal in the mornings and I wasn't bothered by it at all. The floors seem to be heated in the bedrooms which is fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

This Air BnB was definitely as advertised. Meticulously clean and spacious, a little artsy and very cozy. it certainly was the perfect place for me. I met Colin briefly and he was warm and welcoming, and provided me with some recommendations of what to see. A very private place for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, while being minutes away from it. Glad I made the decision to stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ilkka’s place. The home was comfortable, with nice amenities, and provided everything we needed for our visit. Ilkka was a helpful and responsive host, he answered our questions and gave good suggestions on where to visit in Vancouver. We appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay again!

This is the 3rd time I stayed here. I travel to Vancouver for work, this rental is walking distance to work and an easy walk to restaurants, groceries and the drug store. Several walking paths are nearby and the location is private and quiet.

I stayed at Julia and Mike’s while I was visiting friends in the Vancouver area. The space was beautiful, clean, quiet, and perfect for my quick trip. Their place easy to access and is served by two bus routes that were reliable. Julia and Mike were friendly and very responsive to messages. Would book again and I recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in North Vancouver!

Lauren and the place were great! Lauren was super communicative, helpful, and very clear. The place was super clean, comfortable, and right in the middle of everything while being super quiet and calm.

I had a great time staying at the garden suite! Everything was beautiful, private, cozy and clean. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time, the location was great and close to Kitsilano beach and restaurants! Sarah is a great host!

My stay at Krystal’s apartment in Vancouver was fantastic! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. Krystal was a wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, which made exploring the city super easy. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured, but the real standout was the stunning view. Waking up to the city skyline and waterfront was such a treat. Everything was incredibly walkable with so many fantastic local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right outside the door. We were in town for a concert, and the location made the entire experience super convenient and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they take pride in their space and in making sure guests have a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Vancouver in style and comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Minji’s apartment! The apartment is situated in a very desirable area in Vancouver - walkable to downtown and many great restaurants. The place itself was exactly as described in the listing, and also extremely clean. Very plush & comfortable bed that allowed me to have one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone else looking to stay in the area!

This was a wonderful stay for me and my girlfriend. The place was very well furnished and cozy. It was lacking nothing! We enjoy the central downtown location for all of its beauty and convenience to everything. It had a fantastic view, and would love to stay there again! 5 stars all the way!

A fabulous position to enjoy downtown Vancouver for a few days, exactly what was needed. There was no stress. I definitely appreciated the flexibility shown by Andre when I arrived very early. Communication was exemplary.

This place is so clean and comfortable. The host is super helpful providing tipis and instructions. Nice area to walk around for food and shopping. Easy to get around taking trains too. We love it!!
