Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Josie’s apartment. The space was well presented, clean and well-equipped for us. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Josie was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Shannon was very friendly and responsive to my questions. The trams are one block away, the supermarket was two blocks away and it was only a little further to the trains. I also enjoyed walking by the river, which is about a kilometer away. The master bedroom has a north facing window. Thanks Shannon!

Michelle was a great host and communicated clearly! She responded within a timely manner to all questions and communications by me. The apartment was clean + tidy and had all amenities listed. It was close to local supermarkets and restaurants and a 1 min walk away from public transport.

Slip into a blissful oasis like paradise.. My second time staying at Sammy’s, it was as amazing as my first stay! Sammy goes above and beyond as a host, truly makes your stay so pleasant having such a wonderful host. There is so much to do in this air BnB. It’s an introverts dream! You have everything you need could need or want. The best sleep in Melbourne. Each time I’ve stayed I’ve had a gorgeous sleep. Comforting atmosphere, relaxing.. Our 9 day stay at Paul & Dan's place was excellent. The check in process was smooth and the appartment had a homely atmosphere. We needed an appartment which was spacious, as we have two busy toddlers, and this appartment fitted that requirement perfectly. The appartment was spotless and had amazing views. The building has a variety of amenities that are easily accessible. The infinity pool on the 9th floor kept the toddlers busy for hours. The parking space accommodated an 8 seater vehicle, which was great because not many parking spots in Melbourne can do so. Overall, this booking exceeded all of our requirements. Lastly, about the hosts, Paul, Dan & their teams interactions with us were smooth, friendly and accurate. Should the need arise, I would def book one of their listings again. Thanks for being amazing Paul&Dan!

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

10/10, views were amazing, spacious bedrooms and the car park a bonus. Very happy, we will be back!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

We were able to find the lockbox and building easily thanks to John’s instructions. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities provided which was really helpful. We loved the location with shops and cafes being a walk across the road. Would highly recommend 👍

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

I would like to say a special thanks to Sanaz for accommodating me and my family late on Friday afternoon, the Airbnb I booked was stench with cigarette smoke and we could not stay there. After booking Sanaz place, the check in was super easy and the apartment was very classy. The beds are super comfy. I will definitely book again. Thanks for hosting us Sanaz.

A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most magnificent stay! The apartment blew away all of our expectations. A fantastic location; walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants, around the corner from the trams and train stations, amenities were great and to top it off, we had our own private car park, which made planning our trip to Melbourne, a lot easier! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (plus toddler!) and had everything we needed! Having a washing machine AND dryer was a huge bonus for us as well. Hosts were friendly and responsive and the information provided for the stay was outstanding! We would love to come back and stay again! ⭐️

Kim was super responsive when I needed to check-in early due to last minute change of plans. Lovely place to stay, had everything I needed for my trip. Was conveniently located with cafes and the tram. Even a walk into the city was easy, did this twice! Location was secure and everything was clean. Would stay again!

We have no words to describe the beauty of this sweet and cozy place. This stay added more glow to our holiday. Me and my partner loved the view, the surroundings, easily assessable trams, swimming and spa. My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.
