The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. OUTDOOR GROUNDS; 2 community gazebos with built in grill/sink bbqs located outside front on the grounds. Outdoor Beach chairs surrounding the pools. Karla is a wonderful host. She greeted us at her home and took us to our rental. She gave us a tour of the home and even left us fresh fruit & Coca-Colas. The home is beautiful but the backyard is the most magical part. Beautiful flowers and a beautiful seating area to hang out in. And the view of the river? Wow! Absolutely beautiful. My husband loved being able to walk down to the river to bird watch and my personal favorite was the tiny little frogs. It is an oasis! We had a very minor problem with some tiny ants, but Karla was quick to provide a solution. She is kind, responsive & all around the perfect host! She has also gone above & beyond to ensure that you feel safe with so many different safety measures. And I can’t forget to mention that the beds are so comfy! We all slept like babies! We love Karla and you will too!

We had an amazing time. The place is a short drive from La fortuna falls and walkable distance from the river. About 25mins drive to get to Arenal. Easy to find and has parking right out the door. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Camilo was also very kind and gave us great local recommendations and helped us plan to make most of our time. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very good stay, it fulfilled the purpose for which it was rented. Comfortable home, equipped with everything you need. We felt at home. Its location is excellent, quiet community, close to the Shopping Center... It is favorably recommended. The owner is very accessible. We will keep it in mind for another time. Thank you.

Very nice home with a beautiful view of the Marina. We loved drinking our coffee and watching the sun rise. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. Location was great and close to nice restaurants and outdoor activities. Stephanie was very helpful and extremely quick to respond if you needed any type of assistance.

A great location. With restaurants super fences and supermarkets. The beach right in the front and the view of the amazing apartment. A quiet area. The apartment had a strong musty smell, but then we opened the door well and got used to the smell. This Airbnb is worth it, spacious, and if you arrived well tired from your tours, you only walk 2 minutes and you will find a lot of restaurants nearby.

To get to this condo just put in “Solemare” in the uber app. The location is walking distance to 24 hour restaurants and the beach, which is safe and clean. When you come out of the condo you turn left and you go upstairs to cross a bridge. Then you’ll be five minutes away. There is a Walgreens at supermarket near, which makes it very nice. The Walgreens sells bottles of liquor. I do wish the pool cleaner but this unit was perfect for our girls trip. I would book here again.

This place was great! My second time staying in PR and I love this neighborhood because of how close it is to the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Maria was very responsive and willing to provide dish soap and sponges when we realized we didn’t have any to clean our dishes. The downstairs outside area is beautiful and filled with plants and greenery. What a little gem! Would definitely stay here again if it was available when I come back in August.

I stayed in Mauricio and Melba’s property for about a week. Overall, the property is in a great location, the parking was great as well (parked right infront of the property), the property is exactly as pictured and described. I had a chance to meet Mauricio and he was very kind! I would highly recommend this place and will stay again in the future.

Diego’s place was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The space was very clean, well decorated, beds & pillows were comfortable, the AC was amazing and the pool was just outside the front door. There was also a washer/dryer and they included the detergent which was a nice touch. Diego was super responsive and friendly. We initially had an issue with not having hot water but we reached out and we figured out how to use it properly. As 3 girls traveling, we felt very safe there with the 24 hour security (guards were so nice). After a busy & adventure filled week in La Fortuna, it was nice oasis to wind down and relax in. It’s close to the beach (3 min drive or 12 min walk). There’s a great little restaurant across the street (Soda Garabrito), as well as a mini mart and ice cream shop (Pops). On the main street on the beach there are tons of food/bar options and a cute shopping area at Jacó Walk. We had a great dinner at Lemon Zest (get the guacamole with chicharrones)! Awesome stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Jesus' place. The location was a short uber ride to downtown, a 10 min walk to the beach (albeit, only 2 options for you to enjoy if youre not staying at one of the beachfront resorts). We did encounter roaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions during our stay, but seemed typical for the area, and the home seemed cleaned overall. Jesus was very responsável, friendly and helpful. The price was fair and overall would recommend! Thanks Jesus!

Marcos apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved the location especially for the dogs. The university is across the street. Although a fairly busy road at some points during the day it was actually very quiet and many times there weren’t any cars on the road. We loved the couch and big TV in the living room. All around a great experience thanks Marcos!

Idenis's house is simply perfect! Spacious, with 3 suites, high ceilings, cool, and air conditioning in all rooms. It's pure comfort. The neighbors are friendly and nice. The place is quiet and close to everything. Patrícia, the apartment's co-host, is wonderful! She served us a great breakfast every day and also chatted with me and my friends for hours, always friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect! I recommend it to everyone and one day I want to go back!
