The apartment is located in South Jakarta in a quiet area. It's a 10min walk from a nice shopping mall with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The building and apartment is modern and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely stay in Natasha's flat again.

house is good. there is a playground according to the photos, children like it. there is a kitchen, 3 kmr sleeping, 3 kmr bathing. there is no washing machine and dryer. overall good. the condition of the room and everything else is good, tidy. thank you so much. there is a pool in the complex. the playgrounds kids like to play. there are cooking, slides, ball pools,there are books, there is a small theater to watch. bunk beds at 2 kmr.

We stayed at this villa during a busy period / long weekend, and it was the only one available at the time. The space was a bit small for our group since we were traveling with quite a few people, but overall, the villa was okay and matched the price point — you really get what you pay for. One thing I really appreciated was the flexibility from Mr. Gunawan, who kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient. Thank you for the hospitality!

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Absolutely loved my trip as this airbnb was a highlight of my time with my friends. Place was great, I spent 90% of my time in Bandung sleeping on the couches and watching Netflix. Host was also super helpful and I was able to get early check in and late checkout too.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, complete, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, only few mins to AEON Mall... We had a really lovely stay at Jim's. It was truly a sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of Bandung. We loved having not only separate rooms, but also separate bathrooms. The soap dispenser in my bathroom came loose. It was also really low on soap. Thankfully, Jim responded very quickly. Even though we didn't end up solving the issue, because we left early this morning, Jim said he'll get it taken care of before the next guest arrives. His responsiveness earns him a gold star in my eyes in terms of being an Airbnb host. We also really, really appreciated his curated website of best sites and foods in Bandung. Not only is it beautifully designed, but it's obvious he and his team put a lot of thought into their recommendations. Good location, very nice apartment and furniture Gym ,swimming pool and hot tub also included. nearby Family mart and Lawson for grocery shopping. Overal very good value for the money
