Our stay was very good and the view from the house was amazing. The house is very well-maintained and spotless. There was a problem with the wi-fi, which we were told was a matter of time to resolve. I had an excellent stay! Mr. Yannis responded directly to messages, with kindness and understanding. My welcome in the home was also fantastic, the lady who greeted me was also very kind! The space is clean, with all the essentials for the stay and comfortable as well. I have to add that the photos may be unfair to the home since in the bedroom there are 2 beds and not only 1 as shown in the photos. Of course, the price is great too! I am also grateful that people helped me with my transition to the KTEL agency in order not to miss my bus back which, admittedly, is not included in the stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay outside the city center, in the fresh air of the beautiful forest! 😃

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We found everything to our liking and we were able to relax and rest. It was also very close to the lake, approximately 10 minutes walk with the kids. Parking our car was never an issue, even though we visited in Easter and there are a couple of churches nearby. Our host was there to welcome us and was always available when needed, just a phone-call away. I would totally recommend the place to anyone, especially families.

Our stay at Vasiliki's house was impeccable. A favorite moment of the day was to open the shutters in the morning and see the unique view of the lake. The house was super clean and had everything we needed as well as various treats that we took advantage of. Ideal location, as it is high on the hill with incredible views, 3 minutes walk to supermarkets, next to points of tourist interest and 5 to 10 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants in the best neighborhoods of Kastoria. Vasiliki also put us out of the difficult position of looking at reviews and ratings on where to eat and go, as it gave us all the information we might need from the beginning. I'd love to go back to the next excursion in the area.

What a fantastic place to stay at. Right on the lakefront, with an incredible view of the town and lake. Cafes and restaurants were literally across the road. The accommodation was really nice and clean. Had all the amenities. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Kastoria!

All more than flawless! The house: Full renovated and… SMART. Equipped with new electronics (smart broom, kitchen, laundry, iron, hair dryer, coffee machines, air fryer, etc.). Goods: You won't understand that you're away from your home, and you won't miss ANYTHING. From supplies (slippers, shampoos, deodorants and really anything you might need) to food (coffees, toast, biscuits, vasilopita, cheese pies… .everything) As if you've just left the supermarket Entertainment: PlayStation, board games, Netflix! Heating: Hot house and water (with hot tub column) Cleanliness: Better than our home! The host: Peter's interest started for us long before we arrived! To inform us, to welcome us, to take care of us as if he welcomes known good friends!! Whatever we say will be a little bit!!! Worth the money and we leave full!!! Leonidas’s apt was all that he said it would be including a spectacular view of the lake and the mountains from his spacious balcony.! he was available for any and all inquiries we had and most helpful in navigating a very early morning taxi to the airport for us..Since he lives downstairs, he was also very accessible.
