Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area. Beautiful home and property. Loved the breakfast basket provided. We enjoyed having a few kangaroos hanging around the home. I would have liked an area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor seating area is hidden at the back of the house. Overall a lovely place to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the Melbourne Grand Prix. The location was perfect, being only a very short walk to Albert Park. It’s also very close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops on Clarendon St or a short tram ride to the city. The street was quiet and parking was easy with the visitor permit provided. The house is charming, with comfy beds, nice linen, and a great modern bathroom. The courtyard out the back is great and very private, we ate dinner out there both nights. Rod was a great host, we highly recommend.

We love our 10days stay. Check in was easy, undercover parking. Angela was prompt to reply to queries. Friendly even offer to meet to give access cards. Separate place to do work was great. Will come back to stay if need to be close to MSAC.

It was a wonderful stay at Joanna's place. Ample room for our 5 adults & my child. Two spaces rooms & bunker Bed. Private parking is the most important aspect of this place. Also the apartment facing to Albert park lake & most importantly this might be a key location for F1 race weekend in Melbourne. One thing we had to face that Ensuite shower drainage has blocked slowly drain & I had to clean slightly. Also noticed that body wash has been expired. But those were minor for us compared to what the place offered to us. Joanna is very responsive & very clear with communication. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed the stay.

The unit is in a great location that is super quiet and in walking distance to the beach, Albert Park cafes and number 1 tram. Chris and Jenny are lovely hosts and very responsive. We loved our stay and really appreciated the late checkout!
