Holiday rentals with a pool in West Melbourne

Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

A wonderful home in quiet neighborhood. We had so much fun, just hanging out, fishing and lots of time in the pool. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We had an issue with no hot water the first night but the very kind neighbor fixed it in no time. We would definitely go back again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed Beth’s place. Nicely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway and very good suggestions for things to do. Pool was a little cool but that is not something that could be controlled short of heating the pool. Granddaughter swam in it any way, like a fish!! Exit instructions were not bad. We are definitely looking to stay there or in one of Beth’s properties again!! Absolutely fabulous!!!!

I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We had a great stay at this beautful brand new house. It is in a very convenient location to get to the downtown or a quick drive over the bridge to the beach. The house is close to the main road, but well insulated from the road noise. The pool was nice to have but does get leaves other debris in it. Would be nice if was screened in, which would help with the mosquitos too. The garage was nice to park in. we had two cars so with the single car driveway we found ourselves moving one car to get the other in or out of the garage a lot. Would be much better if you could fit two cars on the driveway.

It was a perfect location for us at the graduation from Florida Institute of technology. It was central as it allowed us to do the errands we need to run and get back-and-forth to school.

Me, my husband, and our 2 dogs loved staying here. There was so much to do in the area and we had a great trip, but even just staying at the house was a highlight. The pool was perfect and the backyard was the perfect area for our dogs to play. Kenneth was very communicative and had great recommendations. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

We had a great stay at this convenient location! Tony was very helpful and responsive. The place is clean and well-equipped, location is great and quiet, and the pool and beach were great- would recommend!

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed our stay and have already talked about going back again next year! The beach access was so easy and definitely worth it. The host was very responsive when we encountered any issues (the garage door button battery died, no big deal!) The space is actually bigger than it looks in the photos in my opinion, we had 4 adults, 1 toddler, and our family dog and all had plenty of room to relax.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

We have stayed several times at this location. It has felt like our little spot to go in the summer. It’s very peaceful and beautiful scenery. Julian is always responsive to any issues. He is friendly and we enjoyed staying at dolphin Bay.

Olga was very accomidating to our schedule. Very easy to communicate with. Condo was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when the time comes.
