Cottage holiday rentals in West Midlands

Me and my girlfriend had such an amazing time at this place. We’ve had something similar in the past but this one takes the cake. Very private and has an amazing view. Close to the road so sometimes you’ll hear people walking past and cars. But at night you can sit in the hot tub and enjoy looking at the stars. In our case we saw a shooting star while sat in the hot tub. I would 100% suggest this to friends and come again.!!!! Thank you

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

What a truly beautiful venue if you want a quiet & private setting with amazing views & a trip to wonderful day trip to Ludlow with lazy cafes & a wonderful river walk… beds were comfy, everything you needed & a private hot tub was the perfect end to a days walking!

We had a lovely stay at Bramble Cottage - it was really cosy, clean and the hot tub was great! The hosts are super helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had! Recommend this cottage to anyone who fancies a wholesome weekend away ☺️

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Coals View. Firstly Tom and Louise were very helpful with directions and instructions and couldn't possibly do enough. It's a gorgeous property and immediately felt right at home and very relaxed. Place was spotless. Had everything I could need and more for my stay. Lots of great little touches, clearly with guests in mind. Lovely garden area to sit and relax, and the hot tub was a lovely treat in the evening. Felt very private and was left to my stay, but I know I could contact them at any point if needed. Would gladly returned, and have already recommended to family. Thanks so much.

What a wonderful time we had on our honeymoon. Sarah was an incredible host and we had such a warm welcome. Once checked in Sarah was available via text but left us to enjoy our time. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated, it has everything we needed and we were able to cook in the lovely kitchen. There was lots to do around the area including national trusts and plenty of dog walks. The garden and hot tub were bliss and we really felt as though we were on a luxury break. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and very comfortable, and the brightness in the front room and kitchen was so beautiful. We would absolutely return and loved meeting Sarah, would highly recommend this air b&b. It was perfect in every way!

Absolutely beautiful place. The most peaceful and calming AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Ideal location to stay in attending a wedding in Cider Mill Barns! We arrived a little early, and Joanna couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind in welcoming us, and was so helpful and responsive any time we messaged. The cottage is spotless, comfortable, and warm, and we arrived to calm music, the kindest welcoming message, prosecco, milk, and butter in the fridge - honestly, the whole experience just couldn’t have been better. Be sure to have a little walk around Dorsington when you stay - there are some stunning hidden walks around the small local church and alongside the river and through the fields! We had a great 3 nights in the cottage, coming to visit family and friends. Whereas we first were hesitant re the location we quickly got blown away with the massive garden and patio in the back, where you could blind out the traffic noise. Also in the house and in particular bedrooms you did not hear the nearby road at all with the windows shut- so that was all fine. Bathroom spacious and spotlessly clean with massive rain shower. Overall great experience, very convenient with the dog safely in the massive garden, so all just fine.

Stayed here with my partner and two other couples. Beautiful place each had a double bedroom & bathroom. Perfect location, also attached to a Wetherspoons which was a bonus! Not too far to walk from car park either about a 5 min walk. Slight issue on arrival, keypad for the door had no power so we were unable to check in, but all sorted promptly called the number given and waited around 30 mins for a maintenance man to come out and sort it. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cosy cottage right in the middle of some wonderful pubs, restaurants & walks aswell as the castle. Everything in easy access. Teresa was most helpful & messaged to say we were allowed into the property early as it was cleaned & ready early due to no guests in on the day of our check in. This was greatly appreciated as were the dogs treats & ours left . We stayed for 4 nights & ran out of time to visit all the restaurants & pubs we wanted so will definitely have to return.

The Gatehouse was well positioned for a conference at the Heart of England conference centre. It was a beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time with the hot tub being a fantastic element!

Jayne's cottage was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It is a larger than expected ground floor studio with the added bonus of a garden which is both private and secure, and really rather lovely. There were some fab walks directly from the door; including Chaddesley Woods and Rowberry's Garden Centre/Restaurant/Farm Shop. The Swan directly opposite did hot food as takeaway Thursday to Sunday and even delivered Sunday Roast Ciabattas and sides directly to the door. A lovely cottage in lovely surroundings with a lovely host, I'm sure we'll pay a return visit.

We were looking for somewhere to stay while in the area for a family get together. We have 3 dogs so this was the priority. The cottage is cosy and warm. Comfortable beds and very clean. We had some lovely morning walks in the garden and along the canal before leaving during the day. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful, quiet, will definitely come back

My colleague and I stayed at the cottage for a couple of nights whilst in the area for meetings and it was so cosy, relaxing and peaceful but still very easily accessible and so close to the airport which was great! We loved the place, the original features and quirky layout was amazing. The host was so responsive and helpful, we really appreciated the last minute approval of our booking request which we literally made a couple of hours prior to arriving as we were driving over from Liverpool. The area is beautiful and the village has a great pub, we enjoyed sitting out in the beer garden with a glass of wine and the food was really nice too. We’ll definitely be back, thank you so much ☺️

A peaceful, comfortable stay with a warm welcome - the perfect place to unwind with friends, great transport connections just a short hop from central Birmingham - highly recommended!

Chase Lodge is in a perfect location if you want a quiet countryside break not too far from shops and restaurants. The property is really well equipped, comfortable and clean and is all exactly as described. We didn’t meet Zoe but she kept in touch. Check-in and out is very simple via key box. We went on lots of scenic walks directly from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Exactly as described. Lovely self contained annex “cottage”. There are neighbours who were quiet (& friendly) when we were there. Easy access dedicated parking. Pretty large kitchen for such property. Comfy, clean and tidy. Likes of Lichfield and locks at Atherstone easy accessible for walks Loved our stay.

Lovely place, very clean, everything you need is there, the host Ethel was super friendly and showed us around. Overall a very peaceful and nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was beautifully maintained, clean and had lovely plants and flowers in the outside area with a well equipped kitchen. The interior was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area for our evening meal and breakfast. Whilst there was some noise from the nearby road, it did not take away from our enjoyment of the place. It is located a few minutes from the Coombe Abbey Country park and Kristi our host was helpful and welcoming. We’d definitely be happy to stay again.

Peaceful location for exploring the local area and ideally situated for National Trust properties and walks along the canal The property itself oozes character, stylish decor is so lovely and light We only stayed for one night and wish we’d have been able to stay for longer! Thankyou Julia
