Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in West Okoboji Lake

Location worked great for us. Plenty of room for two adults. The house well well stocked with supplies needed for cooking. Very clean and comfortable!

Beautiful place with a great view of the lake. So peaceful and perfect for our needs! We loved it so much, we’ve already booked next year!

Our stay here was amazing!! We had 3 generations ranging from 3 to 75 years old and there was something for everyone and space for all! Little kids loved the hot tub, tweenagers liked their own basement space - everyone lived the dock fishing! Amenities of the house had everything you needed, didn’t know you needed but you wanted! Bikes, kayak and ping pong table were a big hit! Can’t say enough great things about this property, the neighborhood or the hosts - we loved it all!! Thank you!!

This house was even better than the photos and was the perfect stay! Three families with 6 kids under 4 and it was absolutely perfect. The yard is beautiful and walking distance to a super awesome park and splash pad. Less than 10 min drive to beaches. We highly recommend and will be back!!

Our second stay at the Boji Abode was just like the first. Perfect! The house is well appointed, clean and has great beds. The patio fire pit and grill work great and the large grass open space is perfect for our kids and friends of others in our group have nightly kickball games. Adam is always very responsive if there are any questions which isn’t often with this well organized property.

We had a great couples weekend in Okoboji and the house was so clean, and had everything you would ever need! It’s not far at all from okoboji and in such a nice area! Hosts were super kind and informational!

Natasha was a great host! Her home was clean, comfortable, and it was clear she thought of even small details to make our stay great! Wonderful location! Awesome deck to grill steaks! Floor plan of house was perfect for our group! You won’t be disappointed! We even had passes to the water park included!

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

The place was wonderful! It was centrally located on the property and everything was within a few minute walk. Great view of the lake and the fire table was a nice add for the chilly nights. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The kids loved the bunk beds, which was a huge bonus!

Stayed for about 2weeks with my brother had no issues jared taught us how to use the fireplace and was very friendly

Our family felt right at home. They had full accommodations, everything we needed as if staying at our own home. Everything was clean and functional. Being it is a basement apartment, you can occasionally here them walking on the upper floor, so hopefully we weren't to loud for them! Their stairs to the entry door were difficult for our grandmother, but Jesse accommodated by allowing us to walk through their yard on the opposite side to avoid the stairs. Would definitely stay again at this location.

The condo was comfortable and the building was quiet! It is positioned close to popular spots -Arnold’s Amusement park and lots of local restaurants. The amenities on the resort were great, we used the gym, the pool & zip line. It was a great getaway! Also Cera was an excellent host, quick & clear communication!

The place was comfortable, lovely, and just a great place to be. It was pretty quiet above and below us which was awesome, made it more enjoyable for our dogs. Also a bonus that it was close to the elevator and stairwell, made for easy entry and exits! Had one parking spot for sure by the garage and also plenty of parking in the general area. Great green space to take the dogs outside too! The condo had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, plenty of space and washer and dryer. It included passes , we didn’t get to use them with the weather but that’s ok! Overall, a gem of a place!

We had a great experience with this property. I traveled with my elderly mother and her equally elderly sister. We originally booked the Brown's Bay unit on the 2nd floor, but upon arrival were moved to the Ellsion Bay unit on the first floor. What a kind and generous gesture. The apartment was spotless and we were especially grateful that keuirig cups and ground coffee were provided! The traffic noise is noticeable in the kitchen/living room area, but the bedrooms must be soundproofed - we all slept well each night despite it being a busy holiday weekend.

This condo is even better in person than in the pictures! The view of the lake is stunning and the deck is a wonderful, comfy place to hang out! The whole place was clean and comfy!

Amazing condo. We had 3 seperate condos total between family and this one was by far the best. Super clean and smelled amazing. Was the most stocked with everything we needed for cooking and serving. Stocked with k-cups for coffee. View of the lake was great. Beds were super comfortable. The master bedroom does get bright in the morning (not room darkening shades) but I didn’t mind at all. This place was spectator. Hope to stay again

Such a beautiful condo! We had a wonderful stay and Karri was so quick to respond when we had a few questions. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot for our family to relax by the lake while being close to family fun activities. The home had everything we needed and Randall was an exceptional host. Would definitely book again.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to Arnold's Park, restaurants and bars. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and we were very pleased with our entire experience in Okoboji!

Great location and easy to get to all main attractions. Parking can be a bit tricky because it’s a busy place, however we did not try to use underground parking. We were unable to use the outdoor water park of bridges bay due to cold weather and it was still off season so be sure to check water park hours if planning to utilize. Deck is an amazing place to hang out and there was plenty of room for all the guests. Would definitely stay here again.
