Well appointed and accommodated our group very well! We felt right at home and had a great stay. If we need a place in the area again. Would re-book if available! Great place, excellent hosts!

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

This house is just as I would expect by the pictures. It was very clean and they were very easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. Great place.

This was a wonderful place and location. The home was clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Very easy to find and communication was great. Dont miss a short hike to greer springs.

Great stay as always! We had a group of 6 and couldn’t have found a better set up! We’ve stayed at this place the last several years and will keep coming back in the future! I’d highly recommend it!

Cute little place. Loved the cedar walls… smelled wonderful! Our family of four stayed there comfortably and we were able to bring our dog. Lori was very helpful with check-in and friendly.

Felt like home didn’t want to leave. Love the views and peaceful atmosphere. My recommendation would be to have an air fryer in kitchen but all in all I loved the fact there was multiple choice for coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig. Bathrooms were clean and stocked as the Landry room was as well. Bedrooms where clean bed was comfortable. Would definitely come here again and have recommended others to check her home out. The place was nice. It has plenty to do and is close to Norfork Lake with a private launch. The owners are very nice and communicate very well. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. We had some weather issues and had to cut the stay short but that was no fault of the owners. Overall, we are planning another stay with them.

The hosts were amazing! They were good communicators, very hospitable, and made me and my fur babies feel at home. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

I had to leave early due to family emergency but I really loved the cabin and the view.

Blake is a super host! He is always helpful. Staying the night at the Opera House is an amazing experience. It is fabulous history has been restored.

We loved our stay at this cozy farmhouse cottage near Cloud 9 Ranch! The gravel road is located directly next to the house that takes you right into the Cloud 9 gatehouse! The place was spotless—seriously clean—and felt so welcoming the moment we walked in. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like snacks, extra bathroom toiletries, and little surprises that made the whole stay feel special. It’s clear a lot of love and care goes into this property. Peaceful, comfortable, and so well taken care of. Would absolutely stay again!

The place was beautiful. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking. It is the cutest little cabin and nice and peaceful off the beaten path.

The farmhouse did not disappoint. The house was so cozy, clean and we did not lack for anything coming into the home. We loved the location with its privacy and closeness to our family we were visiting in the area and the closeness to Cloud 9 Ranch. The owners were so incredibly responsive and nice from the time we booked until the time we left the house at the end of our visit. Would definitely stay again!

One of my favorite Air B&B's! Very well done renovation! Beautiful house with charm and lots of character. The air/heat setup was a bit of a challenge but I'm getting old so it could have been my issue. Lol! HUGE lot with lots of outdoor space. Honestly speaking, this kitchen was better stocks than ours. Lol! We have family close by so we'll definitely be back!
