A private property, with large garden, hottube in the nature reserve, it can accommodate up to 10 people. Quietly located and yet very close to the popular holyday resorts, it offers just the right mix of hustle and bustle and tranquility. Comfortably furnished, with a touch of luxury it is perfectly designed for relaxation for families and friends.

Comfortable apartment with balcony

A modern, spacious and comfortable apartment in the 'Platany' complex located on the Solna Island in the very center of Kolobrzeg. The apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Drzewny Canal is located on the 5th floor of a building equipped with an elevator. Suited for up to 4 people, it is the perfect choice for a holidays with friends or family as well as remote working. For parents traveling with small children a cot and a high chair is also available (on request).

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

Enjoy a stylish experience like on a cruise ship. The building is shaped like a cruise ship. On the roof terrace there is a sauna (year-round) and a heated Jacuzzi (May - September) and sun loungers to relax. In the basement there is a large gym including air conditioning. The Sienna apartment is 65 sq meters and is located in the very center of Szczecin, just 200 meters from the Oder and Boulevards, about 400 meters from the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle and about 800 meters from the Chrobry Embankments. There are many excellent pubs and restaurants in the Old Town. The Sienna apartment is an excellent base for sightseeing and relaxation. It has 2 rooms with a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, free WiFi and a 65" TV.
