Highfield Barn - wood fired hot tub and games room

Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

An exquisitely renovated barn, in the heart of the countryside. Exceptional and original, with lime-washed walls, oak beams, wooden floors and tranquil views. Perfect for WFH. Ten minutes to Bude and the beautiful coastline. Large living space with sofa bed and a small fully-equipped kitchen. Double ensuite bedroom upstairs, leading to a mezzanine (sleeps three children/small adults). Garage parking. Excellent Wifi (fibre). The barn is part of a courtyard, next to a family house. Pets welcome.

Perfect for al fresco BBQ's, morning coffee or evening aperitif soaking up the spectacular sunsets.

Located in Powlers Piece, closest villages are Woolsery and Parkham. Both with country pubs. A newly built annex, connected onto our new build family house. A rural location but a place surrounded in stunning forestry walks, perfect for the doggy! Or just a short drive away from popular coastal locations and shops. Clovelly, Bucks Mills, Hartland and Instow to name a few. Nearby child friendly days out, please ask me for recommendations! Please note: Car charging is not available.

Puffins Nest Rural Coastal Retreat, Hartland Devon

Puffins Nest is a bijou converted 17th century tiny barn, within the main farmhouse walled garden, adjacent to our home. Retaining many of its original quirky features, it's a stylish and cosy retreat. Perched on the stunning North Devon coast and just minutes from the beautiful myriad of coastal paths, walking & exploring are on the menu. A truly unique getaway in a remote but easily accessible location. Perfect bolt hole for walkers and explorers. No under 18's. No pets.

Thatched one bedroom cottage

Historically thought to have been a cottage on the 400 year-old farmstead, it has been sensitively renovated and the original character preserved. The interiors are designed to provide the perfect rural retreat, well equipped and comfortable. The bedroom sleeps two in a kingsize bed and boasts beautiful views over its private cottage garden and countryside. The kitchen is full of character with the original timbers which held the thatch in place exposed.

In the North Devon village of Bradworthy is cosy Nuthatch cottage. This romantic cottage has a ground floor king bedroom. Separate bathroom with shower over bath. Open plan beamed sitting room/dining/kitchen room with flat screen digital TV and dvd player. Private terrace onto an acre garden, with a 25 acres of meadow with lakes just over the lane. A 10min walk to a great local pub and a 20 minute drive to amazing beaches, Bude and Bideford.
