Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in West Ryde

We booked Jessy’s place after another Airbnb host made their place unavailable after full payment and refused to cancel on their end. Jessy was such a friendly and responsive host. It was easy to communicate. The apartment looks very new and was simply decorated, ie not cluttered. The study room was a nice additional space. It is walking distance from Macquarie University station, although it is slightly uphill if you are pushing luggage. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Felt like home in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the beds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Sydney. The full-sized kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and having a washing machine and dryer was a great added convenience. Gary was a responsive host. The apartment was bigger than it looked in the photos, which was a nice suprise. We are on a four week trip around Eastern Australia, and free use of the washing machine was a great bonus.

We had the most wonderful stay at Linhua’s Airbnb during my wedding week. From the moment we booked, Linhua was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating—making sure every detail was taken care of for my family and me. The home was not only beautiful and well-equipped but also felt so warm and personal, like a true home away from home. It became such a special part of our wedding memories, and we genuinely felt emotional leaving. I can’t thank Linhua enough for her hospitality and thoughtfulness—this stay meant so much to us. The Glasshouse is a amazing place to getaway and have peace and quiet. 45 minutes from Sydney. 10 minutes by boat to the marina for morning coffee. I have stayed all round the World in Air BnB's and George is the best host ever, Patrick and Liam are your contacts on the river and live locally, nothing is ever a problem. Highly recommended.

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

QUIET, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE As well as being very modern and well laid out, Janeth's granny flat was fully equipped with quality appliances and amenities. The entire space was exceptionally clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed for a very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay as a family! It was the perfect base for us as we headed to Sydney for a family gathering. The instructions were clear and Iris was super helpful. Only downfall would be the squeaky bed but absolutely can not complain as it suited our needs perfectly with location, price and quick response when we needed it. Thank you Iris!

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
