A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for a Monday to Friday stay or longer lets. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free parking on the street. The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.

Private entrance from Ground Floor with stairs to first floor (only 2 Flats in the building). Bed 1: King Bed 2: Single with pull out single bed - will make into King or 2 singles. There is a private garden to the rear with a summer house. As this is a residential property, I ask that noise is kept to a minimum. Please be respectful of neighbours.

Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and to the city centre.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Good transport links, catch the number 2 bus from Lake Rd, 4.2 miles into town going past Clifton. Parkway train station is 3.8 miles north east, whilst Temple Meads station is 4.3 miles south. Positioned nicely between both the universities, and a mile down the road from the hospital. No cats please.
