TulSan Homestay

Sangeeta was awesome! Was super flexible to my check in and check out as I landed in Nadi early in the morning and left the same day that evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at and even better she picked me and my mom up to and from the airport 😊 place was clean and just what we needed for a quick rest before our next flight !

Nabua Lodge • Hidden Getaway • Ocean Front

StephanieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The bure was a great private getaway in the Yasawas. The room was as photographed, keep in mind it is a simple "resort" so your bathroom is going to be dated/simple compared to standard resorts in the US or elsewhere. The resort will pick you up in a small metal boat, you may want to bring a hard-sided suitcase rather than fabric/soft to avoid things from getting wet if it is raining. The meals were simple, we had one regular and one no-fish diet request and they were able to accommodate us. Most drinks in the "bar" were reasonably priced at $3-4 USD so be sure to bring cash, there is essentially no where else on the island to buy drinks/snacks. The beachfront area had some great snorkeling off to the right, and we would happily visit again. Be sure you bring bug-spray, the bugs are going to find your skin during breakfast and dinner. We just wish there was warm water (the naturally warm water wasn't as warm as we would like for showers, especially getting the bug spray off at night).

Jioji & Alisi's Place (Yanuca Room) SCUBA too!

FionaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jioji and Alisi's place has topped my Airbnb experience in terms of getting to live amongst the locals and sharing their lives - so fascinating to see the dynamics of a Fijian family. I particularly treasured the exchange with every member of the family living in the house, as they're all so welcoming and open to interacting with guests, while respecting guests' space if they would like their space and privacy. I particularly enjoyed lounging around the front of the house in this incredibly peaceful environment, amongst nature, local people's carefree existence and children's laughter. Also had an amazing day out in the sea with Jioji's son, Tom, and his nephews - their passion for their 'job' was infectious and had brought so much joy to all guests, not to mention the heavenly fresh fish BBQ on a sandbank. All guests on the sea trip were superbly looked after, from diving instructions to pointing out things that one would have otherwise missed. I love them to bits, and hope you do too

Teitei Permaculture Farm (all inclusive)

AlexandraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had a very lovely time with the Teitei-family, the mountains and permaculture garden is stunning, i had great conversations with Austin and Kim, i loved the veggi homemade food and i felt very welcome from the first moment on. Aka, his wife and Kiki picked me up from the bus stop in town, i fell in love with their cute dogs and had a cozy relaxed room in the bure house. This place is a jewel and i'll hope to be back.

Ocean Rythm Homestay 1

AlexandraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I had amazing 2 days and Tina and her family cared so much for me. I went snorcheling with reef sharks (they are very friendly, medium size and not dangerous), made my own jewelery, bracelet which was so fun. The reef is right in front and i saw many fishes, corals were beautiful! The boys dropped me of on yasawa flyer, all is well organized. My room was comfy, i slept very well, you can hear the ocean waves right beside your room. Village people are lovely and welcoming too. One boy extra run back to the boat in the ocean to catch my shoes for me that i forgot on the trip and Amele helped me out with the booking payments via online banking when i ran out of cash which was extremely kind. No ATM on the island, take enough cash with you! You can buy water bottles from Tina as well. I came as guest and left as a friend. Its a magic place and i will be back!

Ocean Bungalow - Escape at LONG BEACH

Clara CharlotteRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay. The bungalow was really clean and spacious. The food was good. There are many great and even free activities. The snorkelling tour at the back of the island was amazing and the basket weaving was a lot of fun. The hosts were very nice and the children just lovely
