Holiday rentals with a patio in Western Europe

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Great stay- felt very safe, was super clean, walkable to several restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at Oluwaseyi’s place for our anniversary and we have no regrets. 1st of all, Oluwaseyi was very proactive in reaching out to us with clear instructions. He even personally greeted my wife and I when we arrived at his place, making sure we were okay. His place was exactly as advertised, clean and in a perfect location from many attractions and restaurants in downtown Montreal. We had everything we needed in is apartment and certainly wouldn’t hesitate in using his place again!!!

We loved our stay at Eric and Danielle’s place! Very clean and nicely set up for a couples retreat! Everything was perfect but if I had to choose one thing I wish the hot water in the shower was hotter. Thank you again for a great stay!

This place is affordable, clean, and in an amazing location! Wonderful experience staying here. You can enjoy the benefits of the larger, expensive hotels nearby for a fraction of the price. This place is quite literally steps from the beach and walking distance from restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, and stores. There is also a “BCycle” station at the corner where you can rent bikes to ride along the strip or down Las Olas Blvd. The room was bright and clean and the front desk also stored our bags for us while we strolled on the beach before our check-in time. The place also offers beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas for you to use. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed at Casa Lucia for 3 nights and we had a great time while we were there. Claudia and Aldo were very responsive, friendly and had fantastic recomendaciones. Chef Aldo cooked dinner for us on our second night and it was an unforgettable meal! Our sons (16 & 18 y/o) had plenty of time on the lagoon and got to use the kayak and paddle boards! We didn’t take advantage of the pool because we spent the majority of the time on the lagoon and exploring Bacalar. The property is clean and just so beautiful. It is the most perfect location! Casa Bacalar is a quick 15 mins away from the center. We had brunch in the center and dinner at different spots. The hotel next door is less than a 3 min walk and had great options for food. We would definitely stay at Casa Lucia again! Thank you Claudia and Aldo for hosting us! 🤍

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I booked this Airbnb for an anniversary getaway. We loved that there was a private pond for kayaking, fishing and just relaxing by the water. What was also great was that the house was not too far from nearby restaurants and only a 30- to 40-minute drive to Galveston. We definitely want to come back!

This was a nice place to stay. It has been renovated with a cute and homey feel. Everything was clean and comfortable with quality beds and kitchen appliances. The ping-pong/sunroom is a nice addition to feel like there is extra lounging space. We had a brief, minor issue with the AC that the host was very quick to respond and resolve that same evening.

OOOOO, AND AHHHH! Comfortable luxury inside and out! Thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated inside and out, Whitetail Ridge is a couple's paradise on a private hill. Hosts go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and safe. Everything was as described and pictured, and more. Favorites? The spectacular bathroom. Made me feel like a princess! Both covered decks. It rained a lot during our stay, and we could still be outside by the fire table watching the hummingbirds go nuts. Sitting around the fireplace after relaxing in the hot tub. Location is great too. Close to town for groceries, and close to state parks for hiking to waterfalls, which is why I chose this area. Not just a place to stay, it was an experience. One that we will talk about for a long time. Thank you Eric & Saronda!!

We had a great stay at Deep Mesa. The property is beautiful and has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The location is great for accessing restaurants, the canyon and mountains, and site seeing. We will definitely stay again when in the Taos area!

So as a couple who has been using A B&A over the last 10 years from Tennessee, Texas, Colorado, Oregon & Washington this was the most beautifully decorated & well described B&B. Everything was clean, well maintained, sheets, & linens are top quality. space is perfect for two, location is quiet off the road & peaceful to enjoy that big Texas sky! We would highly recommend Dahrlas place, (except for when we visit again)

This is a great “get away” place. Private, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Our host, Laura, provided us with a list of things to do; and they were great recommendations. Is about 10-15 minutes (driving/uber) from downtown Fredericksburg; so you have the choice to go downtown during the day and have a peaceful evening at this place. It’s relaxing, and you’ll connect with nature. Every day we saw deers, rabbits, and wild life (of course, a little far away from the place). If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!!!! 💯 % recommended

Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

We had a lovely time and are already planning to go back. The place is beautiful and well located. The beach service is a very nice touch to the stay. Amy is a great host, gave us a lot of information, was very kind and always replied in minutes.

What a fantastic location (can’t brag enough about the dedicated parking) for our trip! For what I paid for two nights at Sid’s (all taxes and fees included) was about the price of one night in a hotel. The instructions that included pictures were the most helpful to find the door. When I had trouble getting in, Sid was right there. He called to help me troubleshoot and we figured out a solution. Haha, my only advice is that if you have brain fog like me after driving for hours, the garage gate has a sensor to get out, but you push the garage opener to get in. I had my sweet husband outside the car waving the opener like a weirdo until he said “oh wait, there is a button” as I was calling Sid for help again :) I wish I could tell you about the things in the area, but we didn’t get time to explore. However, this means it’s a great excuse to come back and book Sid’s place again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The view of Grandfather Mountain was beautiful and peaceful. The thoughtful decor of the condo felt welcoming and modern. The location is great as a base for hiking and outdoor activities in the surrounding area. Downtown Boone is about 15-20 minutes away, which has cute stores and some good restaurants. I liked Kimberly and Lauren’s food recommendations of The Cardinal and Lost Province.

Not only was Murphy an incredible host, the property was pristine! What an amazing view, updated and incredibly clean condo. We cannot wait to book again. Highly recommend!

After having a terrific stay at Harley's townhouse a couple of years ago, we returned to central Kansas again this year and knew exactly where we would stay...Harley's place! The decor is perfect - very updated and comfortable. The downstairs living area and kitchen are beautiful. There's even a water faucet right on the separate coffee bar to fill the Keurig. Although it wasn't cold enough to use the fireplace, it gave a warm ambiance to the room. The rooms and bathroom upstairs are lovely with an adorable "cubby" for a child with a bookcase and bed, should a renter have a family. The beds could not be more comfortable and the surrounding area was totally quiet, providing the best night's sleep possible. We needed an unusual kitchen item and Harley was so kind to loan us his personal one for our stay. Harley goes out of his way to ensure you have the best stay possible. Thanks, Harley, for another great time on the Prairie!

Akiko's place is absolutely fantastic. I don't have the words to describe the care that was taken to create and completely inviting and welcoming space. It's beautifully decorated and immaculate. Their kitchen was fully stocked with quality diningware. There are laminated instruction cards everywhere so that you know how to use everything--from the lights to the coffee to the relaxing chair, the blinds the bedside lamps, the bathroom linens, the laundry appliances--everything! We had absolutely no questions about anything. The labels are also placed in such a way to where it does not take away from the home. In fact, it adds an element of luxury similar to a hotel, but with far more specific amenities. It's somewhat located just south of main street, so you're away from the noise but just a 2-10 minute drive to anywhere in town or outside of town. We will absolutely be coming back to stay here. It was an amazing value.
