Perfect!!! - Olga's accommodation was as described, even more beautiful on Site. Everything was clean and the accommodation very well equipped. Olga and her family gave us a very warm welcome, always responded super quickly to messages and inquiries, and were very helpful. Also we always had our privacy at the accommodation. The outdoor area with the pool and the available seating areas is particularly beautiful and ideal for barbecues. We really can recommend Olga's accommodation to everyone!! Also the location is perfect and much quieter than in Lagana Town, where the party is. The town is easily accessible, and the many other beautiful places on the island can be easily reached, for example, by rental car. We would like to thank Olga very much for the wonderful time we had, the refreshing dips in the pool, and the fantastic hospitality. We have never experienced this kind of hospitality in any other Airbnb - Thank you!!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with water and other small touches that immediately made us feel at home. During our stay, he was always available, intervening promptly when it was necessary to call an electrician for a small external problem and even bringing us a coffee maker to make our mornings even more pleasant. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the time in tranquility. If I have to find a small flaw, some details may benefit from some extra maintenance, but overall everything was at the top. Also, the host allowed us to check out in the afternoon, which was a big plus and allowed us to fully enjoy the last hours of vacation. In short, it was a really positive experience and I highly recommend this villa

The location and the house were beautiful!! The house has all the comforts. We are a family with three children, one of whom is 2 years old, we were very comfortable!! We will definitely visit it again!!! Our host was very friendly and willing to help us with everything!! Bonus the dog (probably the neighbor's) that made us frequent visits and was wonderful!!! Thanks so much for everything!!

We had a great time: very large apartment, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the windows. Quiet area and close to Alykes beach. From there, we moved easily to visit the whole island. Dimitris was really always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, her mom made us try some typical sweets made by her for us and really great. We recommend it to anyone who wants to feel good in Zakynthos and enjoy the holiday!

Denia was an excellent host -- super responsive, the place was amazing and had everything we needed. We had a great week there, would definitely stay there again.

This accommodation is recommended if you want to be privately close to the beach and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to party). Ideal for four people, although there is only one bedroom with a door, the other double bed is available on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the off-season in mid-September, which was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis' wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

Villa Eora is a place to feel good. Quietly located with breathtaking views and views over Keri Beach and turtle island. Great restaurants nearby, it is recommended to rent a car as the ascent to the mountain is relatively steep. The hosts Marie and Costas are very warm and you feel right at home. Definitely recommend!!

Michalis was immediately very kind and proactive, he gave us valuable advice on trips, beaches, taverns and boat tours. The house is located near the most beautiful beaches in the south. Of course, it is recommended to have a rental car to get around the area. The round stone house is very original and the outdoor spaces are very beautiful. Ursula the goat and the 3 cats are very nice and enjoyed our croquettes. We were two friends, so we had plenty of space and a bathroom each. It is important to know that there are no blackout curtains and therefore if you are sensitive to light, bring a sleeping mask. The mattresses are new but a little hard for us, but this is a personal consideration. Nearby, there are mini-markets within walking distance and an excellent bar (sit and share) for breakfast or an aperitif in the evening. We can recommend the round house and the super host Michalis 100%. Very welcoming and quiet place that remains in the heart.

Takis really is a 5 stars host 🌟 Super friendly and very accommodating! The room was super clean, my #1 criteria when booking. The air conditioning worked well, and thankfully so because in summer in Greece it gets really hot! The only minor flaw with the room is that the shower doesn't keep its temperature (goes from hot to cold and from cold to hot) but it's still very usable. It was like that in the other Airbnb I booked in Greece too. There were plenty of positives to the room; a parking space, a common outdoor area, a clothesline on our balcony, the possibility of using the shared washing machine and in addition, Takis keeps umbrellas that we can borrow for the beach. When we arrived, he gave us a big bottle of water, some snacks and eggs to make breakfast. I would go back 🙂🇬🇷🩵

The host was communicative and helped us with our arrival. The place was very clean and just like the photos. Very close to the city of Kalavryta and at the same time in a place with quiet and beautiful views! Cozy parking!

Thomas responded to all our phone calls, and while there was an unfortunate event with the air-condition which was not working, he immediately brought us portable as a replacement!

We were able to enjoy 8 days of this wonderful stay at the end of May. What a fantastic place! We thought this was the nicest place on the island. It is quiet and not mega touristy. We had rented a car so that we could easily get everywhere and so we could also seek out the crowds if we felt like it. You can walk to the village if you feel like a brisk walk. Also, Pavlos, the host, is very helpful and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Very friendly man and has a lot of knowledge about the island and nice tips about beautiful places and good restaurants that he likes to share with you. Definitely recommended! The apartment was much larger than expected, there was a large terrace and a small balcony right next to the kitchen, which was great. There were also two bedrooms and the kitchen was superbly equipped. In the house, there are two apartments directly above each other and one directly opposite, so you have to know that it is not totally private. The village itself is very cute, extremely quiet and you can walk to good restaurants within 20 minutes. Nadia herself was very helpful and nice. We felt very comfortable and would come back!

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lovely villa. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings but only a 10 minute drive (€10 taxi) from Zakynthos town. It’s tricky to find but Aliki who lives next door and I guess manages the property was very helpful and spoke to our taxi driver to give directions. Aliki is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

Upon arrival, we were immediately enthusiastically and kindly welcomed. How the house is described in the listing, that's what it looked like in person! Clean, spacious and met all wishes! Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

Would recommend! The apartment feels like a second home. It’s charming and has everything you’d need. The deck is lovely with fantastic sunset views; a perfect spot to sit and relax. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuine. The restaurant has wonderful food and the included breakfast is a lovely add on. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay - a group of 4 plus a toddler. The space is great, very functional especially with a little one, and beautiful spots to sit and eat either looking over the stunning ocean, or under the olive trees in the yard. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, good communication, and were flexible with check in/out time. There was housekeeping included every couple of days which was an unexpected treat. We swam at the beach down the hill every day - it was beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

Panos is a great host, very friendly and responsive, and keen to help. The offer of airport transfers was great and eased our way into the holiday. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the outside space is particularly fab and it's very peaceful. It's very well positioned and easily walkable to all the restaurants and Poros harbour.

Xenofon’s villa was the most incredible place to spend our honeymoon! The location was ideal, as it was only a short drive to several restaurants and look-out points. During our stay, we frequently interacted with Spiros, who was always kind and extremely helpful providing us with recommendations for some of the best traditional Greek food and a boat tour. This was an unforgettable trip and we look forward to returning.
