Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Western Transdanubia

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. We were there as early as 2022. We liked it so much that we booked there again now. The small apartment is quiet, bright, even with balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. Carolina and Alois are very friendly people and very helpful and straightforward. We will be back!!!

This place was exactly what we needed as two teachers wanting to get out of the city. Peaceful, countryside home with a beautiful sauna and jacuzzi that we used multiple times a day. We loved exploring this part of Hungary (we went to Lake Hévíz) and genuinely enjoyed our stay here. We biked from the train station to the Airbnb, which was hard in the winter. A car might be necessary for others.

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our time there on site. The house is designed with love and super tidy and also spotless. Kitchen is super equipped for a stay. Check-in was great and fast. The spa area is of course the highlight. Perfect for spending time for two and just switching off. The host also asked if everything was right or if something should be changed or cleaned. We did not use this as there were so many towels on site that were enough. Nearby about 10 min drive there is also a small free shopping center and Kaufland, Lidl, etc. So this is also perfect. The house was also easy to find, but currently the path is occupied with pebbles and stones. But this is also possible with slow driving. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

My friend and I traveled to Dalibor's house in mid-June with our 2 dogs and felt very comfortable. The house is very quiet right on the edge of the forest, which was perfect for us for hiking because we could leave directly from the house. The whirlpool was also great, from where we enjoyed the view in the evening. Dalibor was a very nice host and always available. Communication worked perfectly, he was always available. All around, you had the feeling of being a guest of a friend. We definitely recommend the place!

Great location, in a picturesque, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. An apartment with unique decor, clean, tidy, all the essentials and amenities available on the property. The host is a very positive person. He showed a lot of commitment, openness, was very helpful, and you could count on him. We felt at home. I would recommend to anyone!

Our stay at Viktoria's was just perfect all around! From the beginning, she was super warm, always available and provided us with great tips – especially her restaurant recommendations were real hits. Only thing when the house is full, we can easily hear from other apartments which is tricky when customers don’t behave. I had to ask to put down music coming from Level 1. We had a great stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures – clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic: just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with grocery stores right across the street. Despite being close to a bigger road, the apartment was perfectly quiet, which made it really relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly kind and communicative – always quick to respond and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the little terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Highly recommended!

Everything was very well communicated. One day before check-in, you will receive a message with all the information about the stay (arrival, check-in, the apartment itself, recycling, check-out). The pdf with explanation we received was only in German. Maybe there were other languages available after request, but we didn't check this. For the rest, it was a friendly host and an enjoyable and relaxing stay!
