Dichtbij Giethoorn, de Weerribben en Hunebedden in het natuurgebied Holtingerveld. The Colony of Frederiksoord, listed on UNESCO world heritage, is only 6.5 km away.

Een prachtig houten huis gelegen op het erf van mijn ouders. Kom tot rust in een oase van groen van voorjaar tot begin najaar, een prachtig warm herfstgevoel wanneer de bomen van kleur veranderen of de knusheid opzoeken in de wintermaanden. In de prachtige omgeving zijn veel plekken te bezoeken. Giethoorn, vestingstad Steenwijk en de Havelterheide. Verder zijn er drie nationale parken in de buurt, NP Weerribben Wieden, het Drents Friese Wold en het Dwingelderveld.

The bungalow was completely renovated in 2019 and equipped with cozy open kitchen, beautiful new bathroom with walk-in shower and bedrooms with good box spring beds. Cozy wood-burning stove. Relax in our comfortable and modern furnished 'Boshuisje Uffelte'. Our cottage is on the edge of the forest where you can see the deer walking and a large variety of birds . In short, an oasis of nature and peace. Our beautiful Forest Cottage has all the amenities needed for a wonderfully carefree stay. It's still getting really dark here, which means a sea of stars can be seen. We do not allow pets because we also allow guests with allergies a pleasant stay.
