Extremely clean and in a fantastic location. The instructions were clear and easy to follow to get in. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

We enjoyed our time at Terry’s place. It had very nice amenities and the place was spotless. Went there for the World Fitness Project but I would definitely visit again just for fun. FYI if you are into Pickleball bring your paddles there is a nice court on the patio!

Kyra was very attentive. Her response times are al.ost instantly. She also provided step by step instructions for check in which made it a breeze! Home was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was great and the beds were very comfortable! It was so peaceful sitting outside, enjoying this beautiful property! We got to chat with the owners and meet the animals. We fished and were offered, Extra time on Sunday for checkout. They did not have guests coming right away and let us check out later in the afternoon. Great location, and even better hosts! We look forward to returning!

We were so at home at Josh’s place. Right from the time we booked the home to the time we left, it was an amazingly smooth experience. Having a responsive host is one of the greatest joys for a visitor and Josh was just that. The home was clean, hygienic, spotless with all the amenities we required as a couple. Set in a serene surrounding with beutiful homes all around us, we were able to unwind and relax - the reason we were in Indianapolis while visiting our son who lives there. Great stay, great host, great home and a great experience!!

The place was perfect. The only complaint I have is that I couldn’t stay longer—and that wasn’t even Joseph’s fault! He was an excellent host and a complete 180 from my last long-term stay at another property. During that stay, the owners were constantly making themselves present, seemingly to keep tabs. Joseph, on the other hand, gave me space but still checked in periodically to make sure everything was good. The lake out back was a bonus. Just a very peaceful place overall. 11/10.

This was a comfortable and clean home. The kitchen had all of the basic essentials needed to prepare meals. Spacious bathroom, bedroom and closet. It was like home away from home. The gated community was the icing on the cake.

check in was very easy, excellent instructions, having covered garage parking attached to the building was fantastic. i was able to walk to restaurants and the IU-PUI natatorium, which was great since i was there for a swim meet.

The pictures are 100% accurate in their representation. Everything was clean and it was easy to get in and out of the building. Definitely recommend staying here. Allie was a great with all her replies when we had questions.

This place was perfect for my trip to Indianapolis, and Alexandra was a terrific host - so welcoming and helpful. The guesthouse was just as advertised, and more. It was thoughtfully and tastefully appointed with everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. 5+ stars!

Brenda's place is new and right on the Monon Trail. I loved having my morning coffee in her kitchen/living area and watching the walkers and runners before we also got out. She has a kitchen but we ate out every meal. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream places in Broad Ripple. She's also close to the canal so you have to share the walk with the geese. I highly recommend Brenda's Place for your next stay in Broad Ripple.

This place is amazing. From the decor to the comfortable I had there. When I tell you i have never just passed straight out probably the best sleep I had . It was the little snacks hahahaha . Definitely would love to back and stay again soon

Great stay! The place was reasonably quiet and quaint. Very comfortable to lounge around and close to lots of attractions.

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the highway to get to where we were going. Everything was provided that we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!
