Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach.

New for September! A gorgeous shepherd’s hut with open views towards the South Downs. As experienced hosts, we are delighted to offer this newly hand built, beautifully-equipped accommodation in the hamlet of Strettington, right on the edge of the Goodwood Estate. An easy 10 minute walk to Golf at Goodwood, the Goodwood Hotel & spa and only a 25 minute walk from Goodwood Motor Circuit, home of the wonderful Goodwood Revival!! The hut is peacefully secluded in our cottage garden.

Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

Our place is in the leafy north of Chichester, with a dedicated parking space and easy access to both the town centre and Goodwood. The development is a converted Victorian hospital with light and airy rooms, and surrounded by green open spaces. There's also great brunch at the Pavillion in Havenstoke Park. You've got your own private parking space (about 100m from the flat) and WIFI/Smart TV to help you relax.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
