Beautiful house close to the beach

Beautiful home from 2021. Private private parking and sun all day around the house. Three bedrooms, two with a double bed measuring at least 1.60 meters (5 feet 3 inches), and one children's bedroom with a crib for children up to 4 years old. A bathroom with bath and shower. A kitchen with many options. The house is in the countryside, next to the Madestein nature and recreation area. De Uithof, Ockenburgh and of course the beach is also close, all within a radius of 2.5 km. Every morning a fresh egg from our three chickens.

Here you can enjoy a comfortable bedroom, a luxurious bathroom and a modern kitchen with a cooking island – fully equipped so that you can cook for yourself as if you were at home. Our detached holiday home "Haags Duinhuis" located in The Hague/ Kijkduin; renovated in 2017, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bath, sunny terrace where late sun shines; smoking and pet free. Situated on the child-friendly Kijkduinpark, with an indoor pool, 600 meters from the beach, 1 km via the dune to the cozy boulevard of Kijkduin, 9 km to the center of The Hague, beautiful cycling routes to Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Vacation home near forest, beach and culture

The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. The 2 largest rooms have their own bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside, you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach within walking and cycling distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and max 8 people, age from 35.

Luxury home (180 m2) by the sea and on the edge of the forest

Our house was built in 2020 and is energy neutral. The heat pump provides pleasant warmth in winter and cools the house on warm days. Our backyard borders a ditch and forest, which guarantees an instant vacation feeling! The beach is close by (less than 3 km) as well as the nature reserves Madesteijn and Ockenburgh. Beautiful and quiet surroundings for hiking and cycling. Historical cities such as Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden and Amsterdam are nearby (between 20-55 minutes drive).

Renovated house (2022) with two floors of 65 m2, suitable for up to 4 people. The house is on private property and is adjacent to the other vacation home with a shared garden. The cottage fits perfectly with the surroundings of the farm and the forest. Nice beds, a rain shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal location for visiting the beach 4 km away. Centrally located of cities such as Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft. (House is not suitable for groups of friends)

This beautiful villa is located in a green park just behind the dunes, within walking distance of the sea. The Roompot park has a cozy terrace, nice playgrounds, plenty of sports facilities (soccer field, miniature golf, paddle court) and an indoor swimming pool. From the park, you can cycle up the boulevards of Kijkduin and Scheveningen! The Hague is also easy to reach from here, reach, fun for shop lovers or if you are interested in Dutch history.
