Such a great place! Very affordable and such a cute spot to stay. The hosts are very kind and responsive as well! It was easy to check in/check out and the remote control gate made us feel safe. Easily drive to the beach/downtown area. Definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in Miami!

Stayed for six nights. Space was very clean and the outdoor space was a plus. Would like to say that the communication was great but I had no need for help. Well appointed and comfortable. The river walk and surrounding area made for pleasant walks. Would recommend the property.

My wife and I wanted to take a small solo vacation for the first time together as a young married couple and WOW did we have a wonderful time. We’re both extremely hardworking and ultimately just wanted to relax in somewhere warm and beautiful and that’s exactly what we got staying here. Pearl and Alex were so super helpful in every sense of the word. They were responsive, they checked in on us while we were there, they offered recommendations both via text and in the welcome packet that they had left, and even stopped by to help us with a door which mechanisms we were unfamiliar with. If you drive, it would be nice and beneficial to have a car but also Ubers and Lyfts to get around were super cheap also. The place felt like our own little home away from home for 5 days and we were so sad to leave. The location is near just about everything you’d need and want to do which was perfect. We are already brainstorming another trip down and hoping when we do, Pearl will have an opening!

We had a great stay! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and looked just like the pictures. Pete and Vanessa were easy to reach/communicate with.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Luis’s Airbnb for a week and it was exactly what we wanted. The place was very clean and in a great location. We especially loved the putting green outside by the pool. It was close to many restaurants and only about a 10 minutes drive to the beach. The host was very responsive as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The perfect place midpoint to everything from Miami to Ft Lauderdale I would highly recommend and be would stay again.

This was a last minute trip and things worked out very well for this space Carlos provided. He was thoughtful and swift in his responses and worked well to make this a good memorable time for me and my family.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and absolutely beautiful, right next to a lake—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Chloe was truly a great host! We had some minor issues when we first arrived and not even a full 24 hours later, she had already resolved them. The place itself was a prime location to everything we wanted to visit. From restaurants, downtown, and even the beach. The space was well kept, clean, & organized. Would absolutely recommend this place for all folks and particularly tourists!

The place is beautiful. It looks exactly as the picture portrays. The place smelled great as I walked in so I know linens and floors were cleaned properly. It is located in a prime location. Very close to beaches and restaurants. 100% recommend

We had a great stay at this apartment in Fort Lauderdale! The location was perfect — super close to tons of amazing food options, shops, and everything we needed. It was really convenient to get around, whether walking or driving. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Right from when we booked Cinthia's place, Cinthia was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages / questions and requests. We were at the air bnb for nearly 3 weeks and therefore, we made ourselves at home. Throughout our stay, Cinthia continuously replenished the usual toiletries. There were plenty of towels and linen for use. The flat had plenty of space and what we loved was the walk in closet which also accommodated our suitcases comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so that if need be we could cook. The flat was equipped with a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. What I loved about Cinthia the most was she was very accommodating and had a hand held steamer for my use. The flat is situated in a 42 storey building with a good and well equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna & steam room. Location of the building is superb in the up and coming Brickell area with ample of good restaurants around.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. we only stayed one night at sylvian’s amazing apartment, but if we were in miami longer, we would’ve happily stayed! the amenities of the hotel were beautiful — great gym, pool, and morning breakfast ($19 per person for breakfast). location was great, walkable to sailing docks and also to many restaurants. bathroom was stocked with all the supplies needed and bed was so comfy. sylvian was also very quick and responsive with questions. thank you, sylvian!
