Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb close to downtown Newport, look no further! This is an amazing home about 10 minutes from the wharf area. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, pristine, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous yard and pool, comfortable beds and linens! The host, Za, provided very clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! Will definitely come back!!!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

Joe was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was flexible enough to offer an early check in time that aligned with when our family would be arriving to town. Both the house and the surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. We went down the road to Evelyn’s Drive In for seafood and ocean views and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the Sakonnet bungalow - well appointed and well stocked with comfortable beds and furniture. The second floor is spacious and open to the first floor so it's perfect for kids or for a 'bunk room' type experience. The outdoor shower, appliances, and other amenities were also new and/or well taken care of. The location is right next to Sakonnet Vineyards which is a great spot to go for an afternoon too! We hope to come back!

Enjoyed quality family time, made several meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the outdoor patio and deck when the weather permitted, (we had a couple of rainy days). South shore beach was an easy 10 minute walk. Visited nearby Sakonnet Vineyards, Groundswell at four corners for lunch/breakfast, shopping, Evelyn's for seafood. Highly recommend your place, especially for a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely come back again! John and Lori

Wow, we were delighted! Walking in we felt at home- everything we needed, familiar, practical, and pretty! I think if anything we had a few positive surprises: we missed that there was a sauna in the place, got to play a few childhood games & paged some good reads off their shelves, &, most importantly, somehow didn’t realize exactly how nice & close the sea is! Ample outdoor spaces; you can rotate through sunny/shady, and if raining outdoors still space outside but out of rain. The fireplace was GREAT. Another positive surprise as we did not expect it was going to be such an asset at meals as well as while we lounged about. Visiting in spring we were just warm enough to utilize the screened porch, the gazebo, and the swing/bench/patio area & just cool enough to make use of the fire pit too. Amazing variety of wildlife passing through. Hosts were among the most communicative & flexible we have had: super nice. We appreciate that they really share the home’s history too!

This is a beautiful property with wonderful, responsive hosts. We stayed with our two year old and she loved the tree swings - that was a huge hit! The house has a great layout and you can tell a lot of care was put into the decor. The neighborhood is great for walks and the beach is about half a mile away, but can be a bit tricky with a stroller as there are not sidewalks or places to pull over when cars come. Without kids this would have been a walk we did every day - it’s a beautiful stroll. Lots of great small beaches within 20 minutes and Tiverton has an amazing playground for little kids up to early teens (15 minutes from house). We look forward to staying at this property again down the road - wonderful, responsive hosts!!

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and felt very homey—perfect for family time. The photos don’t do it justice, and for that, I would give 4 stars. However, the experience with the hosts left a lot to be desired. I originally booked May 22–25, but on May 21, the property manager told me checkout was May 26 at 11 a.m. Based on that, we planned accordingly. Then, the day before the 26th, they questioned why we were still there and claimed we should have known it was a mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us and demanded immediate payment or departure, leaving no room for discussion. I ended up paying for the extra day to avoid conflict, but it felt like a setup. It’s unfortunate, as the stay could have been perfect otherwise. 4 Stars for the house, 1 star for the hosts.

The location was great. The home was clean and quaint. Would stay there again if going to visit the area.

We found Karen's home after a snafu with another rental that fell through the day of our trip. Karen was very responsive (she responded within 30 minutes!), her home was spotless and ready to rent, and we were in her rental home about two hours later. Her home was as advertised, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with a scenic outdoor space with a fire-it, large screened in porch for dinner and relaxing, and ample dining and relaxing area. This home would be suitable for a girls weekend away, or for a large family (or multiple families). This home is a GEM! Karen was wonderfully responsive and saved the weekend!

We stayed at Mary Kate’s home for a short stay for my Nephew’s graduation. The home was perfect for the 5 of us! It was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. I wish we could have stayed longer!
