Unit 269 is a spacious beachfront condo 905sqft 1 bedroom 2 full baths, has 2 independent AC units, with a partial ocean view from the lanai. There are a total of 3 beds, sleeps 6. This unit was moderately remodeled which was completed in May 2024

The resort includes a pool, hot tub, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, beach rentals, and concierge services. The Whaler Shopping Center is right next door and includes many shops, restaurants, galleries, and activities.

A cozy lanai features a white dining table with yellow placemats and two comfortable chairs, accompanied by a chaise lounge. The surrounding balcony offers stunning ocean views and overlooks lush landscaping with colorful flowers, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere.
