V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

Gosti u House Naomi mogu se opustiti u mirnom vrtu uz šalicu domaće rakije na terasi i uživati u roštilju. U blizini se nalazi nekoliko restorana koji poslužuju raznovrsna jela. Oko 6 kilometara od House Naomi se nalaze Baraćeve Špilje koje morate posjetiti. :)
