Romantic cottage in a quiet part of the village Žítková surrounded by a hectare of mountain meadow. The ideal starting point for exploring Kopanice. The cottage is furnished in a rustic style. Inside you will find a spacious living room with fireplace, a large table and a double sofa bed, as well as a walk-through bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is heated by new fireplace stoves, there is electricity and hot water. The terrace is perfect for barbecuing in front of the house.

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Náš tiny house glamp 4úhly je umístěn ve starém ovocném sadu na ploše 10.000m2 uprostřed přírody bez sousedů s nádherným výhledem do údolí a daleké krajiny Vizovických vrchů. Poblíž se nachází lázeňské město Luhačovice. Glamp má wellness, které zahrnuje finskou saunu a venkovní litinové vany. Je zde venkovní letní kino. V sadu se pasou naše ovečky.
